The person who tried to help me didn't even know what I was talking about, I tried to explain but she told me to try and get it on my phone and show her, she said she'd be right back I tried for several minutes but since she wasn't back I left without my phone working properly!!

I feel so scammed by this store - Was lead to believe I was buying my watch outright for $99, and paying for the line only on a promotional deal. This was a Lie, as I somehow "owe" $224 on this watch at a rate of $12.99 a month. This store also snuck in signing me up for the Protection 360, which I flatout told them I absolutely didn't want, and even discussed with the salesman how useless it was. They are liars and scammers - typical Haverhill area culture. Do not do business with these people.

My boyfriend and I went into TMobile in Plaistow NH yesterday to start a phone plan together. Angel was who helped us. He was amazing! He was super personable and made the process of switching plans so simple. He made sure we got the best deals and that we didn’t loose anything when switching to our new phones! We left super happy! When we left both my boyfriend and I said it was probably the best experience we have had at a phone place ever! Highly Recommend TMobile in Plaistow. Thank you Angel!

My family after many years with Verizon decided to make the switch to T-Mobile. I initiated the change over the phone. We received everything in the mail, and then brought the new sim cards to the T-Mobile store in Plaistow, NH to have them help with us make the change. Erica greeted us as we walked in and put our anxiety at ease right away. She was kind and patient, and got the job done with ease!! I would highly recommend T-Mobile because of their employees like Erica!!

Horrible review because they messed up the first time and do not want to rectify and the women I spoke to at 7:12pm on 11-25-22 hung up on me because she wanted me to go in no I went in the first time should have been transferred over she was rude and hung up on me. Called back got a man that also said I swore at his manager so he is not helping they did not set up service correctly and I am being blamed for their incompetence so I will go further up the chain as I called 2x unfortunately this effects Palestine Rd as well and all those employees
