Worst experience I’ve ever had terrible customer service.back in March. I bought four brand new tires less than seven months later I had a flat tire had the car towed to my house. AAA said it was a manufactured defect and to take it back to Sullivan’s when I did, they told me it was because we drove on a flat tire, then went to town fair tire I will now be giving them my business because they were able to take care of it for me as well as said that it definitely wasn’t from driving on a flat tire

They put on my tire and are honoring our hazard insurance on the tire. They've been awesome. I just wish the mechanics didn't wear latex gloves!!

Unfortunately I cannot say much good about this shop. It terms of changing tires they were fine and the employees were all friendly. However upon arriving I told them I thought my rear wheel bearings were bad, they listened and told me that I had a bad bearing in the front. I was skeptical but they were confident so I told them to go ahead and replace it. After replacing it for $500 they told me that the other front wheel bearing was bad as well and it would be another $600 to replace that one. (I drive a fiat 500 so the price isn't completely awful for the service) However I wasn't ready to jump on that, so instead I took it to another shop. At this other shop I learned that my front bearing was completely fine and it was indeed both my rear bearings that needed replacement. There's no way to prove the front one they replaced wasn't good, however considering they were wrong about the other one I have strong doubts. So i most likely wasted $500 on a bearing I didn't need, and if I listened to them it would have been another $600 wasted.

I have used this Plaistow NH Sullivan Tire location to purchase my last at least 4 sets of tires on various vehicles. I find them to be reliable and they do quality work in a timely manner. Communication before the service, during the service, and at the time of pickup is excellent. Highly recommended.

I think they are experts, never try to over sell and are always nice. Have been a satisfied customer for mamy years.If I had one comment it would be that they are so popular you need make an appointment in advance.

My teenage son and I were car shopping today. We were unsure of the reliability of the car he chose and the dealership so we took the car to Plaistow Sullivan Tire. They were honest and very professional. The service writers and mechanic were all awesome with explaining the car. It really helped with making our decision to keep car shopping. Highly recommend!

Wow, I had complained about losing an engine cover while they had done work on my car. To my surprise, they called me and told me that they will replace it. I was very impressed with the professional attitude and respect for thier customers.

It was easy for me to pick the tires in my price range on line and to set up an appointment. I also asked for an alignment, because I just purchased the truck and the tires were cupped. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told the alignment was in spects and there was no charge for an alignment. They now have a future customer that just moved here two years ago.
