This place has not had anyone who answers the phone or mans the office since 2020. All phone lines are not working now and I cannot get a response to emails. I'm trying to move out of my storage unit but I'm worried they will keep charging me rent until I speak with someone and officially end my contract. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I'm at UHaul in Salisbury now where they have someone at the desk during the day and the phone gets answered.

The Storage Locker is clean, well lit and convenient. Raphael, the manager, is extremely helpful and patient. He helped me maneuver the website and was eager to help!

The Manager Lisa offers excellent customer service. She was very friendly and helpful in deciding the right unit. The place is very clean and easily accessible from 125. I highly recommend Storage Locker!

The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are good, and one can feel their possesions are very secure when stored here.

I started renting a space here several weeks ago and am very happy with it so far. It is very clean, climate controlled and easy to get to. I thought their prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend doing business here.

I've been renting a unit from the Storage Locker for several months. I have been extremely pleased with not only the cleanliness and safety of the building in a general sense, but even more impressed with the impeccable service I have received from the staff. Specifically Lisa has gone above and beyond for me, and is down to earth and has truly gone out of her way to be sure I am a happy, satisfied customer.

I've been renting a unit from the Storage Locker for several months. I have been extremely pleased with not only the cleanliness and safety of the building in a general sense, but even more impressed with the impeccable service I have received from the staff. Specifically Lisa has gone above and beyond for me, and is down to earth and has truly gone out of her way to be sure I am a happy, satisfied customer. I also love how easy they have made paying my bill online. I even get friendly reminders in emails! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend renting a unit or 2 here, you won't be disappointed. :)
