I have to say the customer service hit a new high. I recently purchased, among other things, a new leash for my Golden, then left it in the cart. It was going to be extremely difficult to get back within a day or two. Kurt the manager says.. no problem... I'll deliver it tomorrow. My goodness. Thank you Kurt...
