Awful print shop policies charge an extra eight dollars for an express copy that took 30 seconds to print when the place was absolutely dead. Nobody was doing nothing print lady was just hanging out. Theft

STAPLES in Plaistow- all employees are great helping printing, faxing: very patient! I got a 2 year tech support plan when I purchased a copier and computer- AJ is outstanding along with all his other techs - all patient and helpful! This store is a jem!!

Staples, I went there to have photocopies made. I am surprised at how inexpensive it was to copy regular items like bills and letters. The staff was great and didn't mind doing the copies with extra touches. My printer died, and I should replace it, but for the few copies, I need Staples was the place to go.

I've been a Staples customer since it's been around and I have spent thousands at the stores in Plaistow where I live and had an office and Salem where I had an office. Currently my company uses Staples online services monthly. I used to enjoy going in and looking around when I needed a quick item. The last few times I've gone to Plaistow I noticed a lack of helpful people and attitudes like you are a bother to ask questions. Tonight in Plaistow I asked a young man for help and I was met with a careless answer that the item I asked about was somewhere in an isle in the middle. He couldn't be bothered to help more than that. It was a specific item not to do with computers but he sent me to the computer isle to search anyways. When I came back to tell him I couldn't find the item he shrugged and turned around. I was not happy and left without saying anythin about his lack of caring. When I saw the young lady that also worked there laugh at something he said as I exited I went back in the entrance door to let him know he was not helpful and I didn't appreciate that they thought it funny to make a customer feel like he was not welcome in the establishment especially if I were going to bother them with questions. His answer to my complaint was that he "answered my question". I am not sure who the manager is there but I believe they should spend some time looking at these reviews. Based on this stores reviews they need some refraining as well.

Staples is another one of the businesses that 10 years ago owned the back to school shopping space. Sadly, this is another victim of Amazon and the stores are suffering. The prices are much higher in many of the places we spot checked, the carts are filthy (see image) and store had zero floor help. I really have liked staples over the years but I just think they seem to be giving up the fight against Amazon.
