Had some ceiling water damage in master bedroom trying to repaint. Leak Fixed! Difficult matching color as I do not have paint color used? Cyr Lumber (Ben Moore) says you will need to paint entire ceiling take some paint samples? No help at East Coast Lumber (California Paints) either? Went to Plaistow Sherwin Williams and Jeremy suggested removing a sample chip from corner of ceiling. Bring it in for "Computer Analysis". Need to be at least the size of a quarter. Removed a chip using chisel and hammer from corner of garage same color! Now I have a perfect color match formula for my home ceilings! Do not hesitate to use Sherwin for all your painting needs! Been purchasing paint. spray paints machines , supplies for years great customer service at ALMOST all location ( salem, Saugus , Danvers , Dorchester ) but this is the worst location to buy if you are not white . I bought a titan spray machine I used once and it’s not working how it should . Went to the store to see if they can give me credit to get another one better and they refused . I even show the manager that titan spray have a 35 days satisfaction guarantee . He didn’t even care .

Worst customer service ever! I called Pat the manager to speak to him about a situation that had happened because of a miscommunication and not only was I talked down to but he was rude as well. How this guy still have a job?

Great place to buy paint! We were there this morning and bought paint for exterior doors of our 1920's bungalow. Also purchased recommended gray-based primer for older wooden garage doors. Atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, professional and caring. Their expertise and guidance on color choices as well as which paint product would best meet our needs was greatly appreciated. Prices are competitive too. A great experience! Our go-to paint store now.UPDATE: I'd like to add our additional positive experience at this location, and it is key: there was an error in the gallon of exterior paint for the doors. I can't say enough about how Shawn O'Connor, Customer Service Representative Color Specialist, handled the problem. Although he "inherited" the problem, Shawn dealt with me with amazing respect, professionalism and enthusiasm. He wanted to get all the facts, he carefully researched the problem. Shawn did so in a timely way. After working with his Manager, I soon received a call from Shawn with positive news: he matched the color perfectly, a new gallon of paint was awaiting us, no charge to us the customer. We were so impressed! Yes: we highly recommend this Sherwin-Williams store. And - thank you Shawn O'Connor for a job well done.

Representative never acknowledged us when we entered the store and we had to ask for assistance. He was not very unknowable, and lacked customer service. Looking for ceiling paint for kitchen said didn't want white, kept leading to white. Was trying to match wall color accessible beige, then he was going to grey colors. We walked out.

Nicole, Todd & Steve have been more helpful than I can put into words. They have helped us in the entire process of understanding products for our business, prices and even taking the time to explain the details of products, supplies, etc.. and even helped us generate work by handing out cards! I cannot say enough good things about this store, the customer service exceeds any other local location, we drive upwards of an hour+ at times to go to this location.. from how the store is run, to their employees, It’s always joy to buy our paint and supplies from them and we look forward to going in and seeing them every time! If you need paint, stain or supplies of any kind for your business or DIY project I recommend THIS Sherwin Williams location.
