Glad I bought a seperate service contract when I bought my truck here last month. Had the truck a week and a half the motor blew. Should have paid attention to all the red flags and bought elsewhere… now I’m stuck without a vehicle until it’s fixed.
Update: I didn’t buy another service contract it was the one I’m paid an extra $2,000 for because this dealer doesn’t offer a warranty they sell seperate service contracts.

Run away as fast as you can. They will screw you over at a minimum, and knowingly sell you a dangerous vehicle.
Edit in response to owner: Yeah... when my truck was sold to me with 1/4 tank of gas, I should have known something was up. Paid $10k in cash, you're next to a gas station... couldnt fill me up for $35? And you better believe I called the next day at my first fill up, right after dumping a couple gallons of gas on the ground. Your salesman said "too bad, you bought it as is". When I called him out for knowing about the issue and asked if he would honor a replacement, he hung up on me. You sure didnt stand behind that truck, or be "willing to help all your customers".
The mechanic I brought the truck too for the replacement tank was even MORE mad than me that anyone, let alone a dealer, would sell a truck that was that dangerous.

So glad I read the reviews for this place. I was warned to stay away from all the used car lots on 125. How do you guys sleep at night knowing your screwing people over . Shame, Shame on you. I think these places need to be shut down.

Recently purchased a vehicle from these people. Highly recommend to stay away. They put a sticker on it when it needed four new sway bar end links, four shocks, a rack and pinion, is leaking oil from the valve cover gasket and from the oil pan gasket also needs new tires as they are dry rotted. All in the while charged me over asking price when paying cash. Not impressed whatsoever highly recommend everybody stay away from the lemon dealer

Magic makers. Andrew helped me in an unreal way. My front side was dented and had some scratches on it. I was nervous to go to my dealership as my car is a lease and he saved me! Took 20minutes to bring my car back to life. My handsome Harvey is no longer Harvey Dent thanks to his help!

The kindest and most knowledgeable staff I was so lucky to find. After going through multiple car dealers and pushy sales people, I almost gave up. I found Plaistow Auto Group driving by and found my daughter a cute Jetta and my son a Jeep Wrangler. Both vehicles are running wonderfully! Joe & Anthony were so easy to work with and had patiences answering my 100 questions...Lol. liers. rip off artist. cars are crap. steve likes to call you and threaten you. makes him Feel like big man threatening a woman. from day i purchased was nothing but bs. took 8 days to even get the mechanically unsound car. they supposedly did oil change but never addressed cracked oil pan that was leaking oil all over engine. ad stated tires had 75% life left...wtf. they were all bald! joe said they would take care of it!! put on 4 unmatchec unbalanced tires with only 50

These people say they’re giving out a good warranty but in reality all they’re giving out is lies and cars that are Mickey moused together so they can make some money off people. It’s really sad that the only good reviews these people have are from family and friends just so they can stay in Buisness and sell half good cars. Give me a break this place is a joke

I just recently bought a Subaru Impreza hatchback there. I love it!! Anthony and Joe are such great guys!! I highly recommend getting a car from them. They went above and beyond to get me the car that I really wanted. They were extremely helpful in every way. I will definitely go back again in the future when I need another car. Great customer service!! I can't thank you guys enough!!
