At first I was very happy with my Nissan Rogue that I purchased. It was listed in mint condition, And everything looked good from the outside. So I bought it and 3 months later. Started noticing a noise. It was a heat shield, brought it to a dealership. They said that the transmission pan was rusted, had a bad cv shaft and steering rack and there was a few other things so I contacted on point auto, Of course they said the dealership was wrong and I atleast got them to to do the transmission pan supposedly and they charged me 500$! Even though I only had the car under 3 months! I couldn't get a receipt or a phone call I asked him to put the receipt in the car and of course they didnt. So fast forward a year later. My transmission just blew in a car that they charged me $6000 for! I Took care of my car, did oil changes and anytime something was wrong I had it fixed but I was told by an honest mechanic that there was nothing I could do. It was a piece of junk and they tried to hide it. I had that mechanic go through it. They told me that the transmission blew because their scummy mechanic decided to not put in the right transmission fluid and didn't change the filter! Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague!!!!They will screw you over take your money then ignore you ! They're sleezy mechanics and know how to make a car look decent when it's not.I am extremely pissed off and I will be telling everybody about this place! Don't waste your time or money Im out over 7,000$ because of their dishonesty. If you keep going down you'll see they did the something similar to a woman named Amy. Chris and Mike, the guy's I dealt with knew I had kids as well that would be rideing in that car. His exact words to us were "I'd let my family ride in that car". These guys are the type of salesman you want to avoid.
Edit since I can't respond to the reply, i did call numerous times and got ignored I have proof. You guys tried to cheap out and put the old fluid back in with the same filter so yes it was your fault. I only put 9,000 miles on it in the year I had it. We were lucky it lasted as long as it did. Id say the dealership i went to is more qualified then you. You guys wouldnt even give me a receipt and charged me 500$ to replace the transmission pan that should have been done for free because it was under 3 months! You guys didnt fix the cv shaft like you said you would. your dishonesty is why you get the bad reviews that you do. You guys put a bandaid on a pos. I stand by my review and shame on you for taking peoples hard earned money and selling them cars you bought at an auction and just made look nice. I should have known better so your right im at fault as well

Bought a 2010 Nissan murano less than a month ago. Bought the car not detailed and had some of the price knocked off for a trade in and rust I found when they were selling it as a fully gone through ready to go vehicle just hadn’t been detailed so that was also discounted. Upon bringing the car home it leaked power steering fluid everywhere and had a coolant leak. Took awhile to get through to them but I figured maybe it was a busy week. Through tons of miscommunication and lots of dealership error on a car I’m sure didn’t actually go through the shop as advertised they instead of 300$ let me get the power steering lines fixed and the coolant leak “fixed”. For 125 as they already knew I gave them all the money I had for the car and that’s all I could scrape up. Instead of actually doing anything about the check engine light (when I bought the car the person selling it to me said they would help if anything happened screwing me for 125$ improperly fixing the coolant leak which I now have to get fixed and only clearing the check engine code not fixing the problem is apparently helping me out) do not work with these people especially if you have kids that need a safe reliable car they will stop responding to you and blow you off after they get rid of another junk car. There are plenty of used car dealerships less than two miles up the road stop there and save yourself the hustle. If they actually had helped when the car was brought in I wouldn’t be writing a review but now I’m stuck with an un-inspectable car for my family.

Grate communication with the condition of the truck. Laid-back atmosphere. Grate pricing. Would definitely buy another truck from them.

Great dealership ! Steve was so helpful. I can truly say he went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and needed at a great deal! Everyone knows finding a car is so stressful but all the staff was great and friendly and made the car buying process so much easier for me. Definitely recommend going!

If you want to buy a car that they tell you is ready for inspection and safe!! That their mechanic looked the whole thing over.. come here and buy a car that is completely uninspectable!!! Frame rotted but don't worry they try to hide that. Transmission that is failing!! Their your guys!! Oh and if you do try to reach anyone they ignore your calls and pretend the owner Jon is not there. I've called over and over to speak to them and either they don't answer at all or his little minion gives you the oh sorry he's stepped out. Guess the guy never works. This is the place to go if you want to throw money in the trash. I purchased a car for my 16 year old son from Jon the owner and actually believed he was a good guy. Told me he has kids and knowing it was for my son as a surprise, that this was a safe car and he'd never put a kids life in jeopardy. Telling me his a coach for a youth football team. I mean in the end I suppose that part could be true since he will not be able to drive his car at all! I wish they'd allow negative star ratings here. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND BLOW YOU OFF WHEN YOU TRY TO GET ANSWERS!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC MEN. Wait not men just scumbags.

My son and i purchased a car from OnPoint auto at the beginning of December . One of the vehicles on the lot that's a less than $4000 automobile, a 2007 Dodge Nitro. The price was appropriate, so we went ahead and got the financing through the bank and register the car and purchase it. After we purchased it, it popped a check engine light. And we brought it back to the actual place to see what they could do about it. We tried to give them a chance to remedy it. And they continued to push us around and tell us that it's okay. And then they keep resetting the light. They sell cars apparently that has mismatched Vin numbers. Which is the code that autozone pulled for us and the owner doesn't care to talk to you if he tells you that he's going to do something. He just tries to push small things at it until you're no longer his problem. Because the warranty has run out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to purchase a vehicle. I wouldn't recommend even walking on the lot because obviously what they sell is not repritable. And they don't stand behind what they sell. I wish I could give them negative stars because that's exactly what they deserve. There are several other car places along the strip that are repritable and stand behind what they buy CarTech is one of them. I would suggest them highly. I would not suggest on point auto sales at any point as they have told me they no longer want to talk to me because I asked them to stand behind what they sell.

I would recommend these guys 100%. I was extremely impressed by their kindness, friendly, and most importantly, their very professional business ethics. I had a smooth transition purchasing an awesome vehicle from them, and they ensured that the vehicle was safe and ready before I could even drive it off the lot . Steve, Chris, and John were amazing, and I say if you need an awesome vehicle, go see them you will not be disappointed.
