Worst experience buying a vehicle. Having a problem with paperwork on their end. Will not answer phone calls or texts. Truck was filthy when I picked it up. Had clothes and trash all in the cab and bed. I swear Jacob went out and partied in the truck before I picked it up. Mind you I only picked it up because they didn't drop it off to me as promised a week before. Detailed to the Max they said.

Place is a scam, gave them a deposit and there was an issue with the bank even though Jacob said everything was all set. The little guy proceeded to keep 300 of my 5000 deposit for some so called fee that was made up when I came to collect. Place is shady as hell and you’ll see that if you decide to walk in the place lol. Also the fifty bad reviews backs up my statement. Oh before I forget, Jacob gave us a loaner while the truck was being “fixed” and when we returned it he tried saying the 300 was for damages to the car… we proved everything he said we did was showing in the pictures he posted of the car for sale before hand lol! Stay away from these guys they are thief’s lol

This place is awesome! I’ve been to hundreds of dealerships and because of my credit I’ve got denied several times. I walked in the door here. They had me approved in 20 minutes for a beautiful Silverado z71. I had the worst time even trying to get a car, and it wasn’t even a challenge to the guys at jts. Chip and jacob were great and worked every step of the way with me. They took care of the registry headache for me and fully serviced the truck As well as added four new tires before I picked up the truck and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a vehicle and you Don’t have great credit or even if you have good credit go see these guys they’ll get you into an awesome vehicle

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, they told me my car would be 100% after being in the shop 10 days and it's been problem after problem I've only had it for two months. When I contacted Richard he stopped answering my calls and text. Very unprofessional and a bunch of scam artist. Two bad wheel bearings so far and I bet you I'll find more issues

I recommend them for all your vehicle needs Jacob was one of the best man I’ve ever met. He even offered to Uber me from my home to buy my truck. They don’t only go above and beyond they go and then some I recommend this place five stars I bought a nice truck through them still haven’t had issues and probably never will because Jacob will take care of them, this place is one of the best used car dealerships I would ever recommend

Don’t come here unless you want a lemon, 2011 Honda accord ex-l lasted 45 days before it totaled due to water damage. Jacob is a liar so is Andre, this is the only place I’ve been to and got threatened because I asked for my money back.

I bought a 2011 Ford F350 6.7 L diesel from JTS in July and I was told that they were going to fix whatever was wrong with it before I got it after I did the application and all that stuff they had it for two weeks said they dropped $7000 into it and I've had the truck for five months and I've already replaced the front end that they said they did the starter and found a rock hole in the body and had to fix the boost hose that they glued together. Horrible experience with JTS will never buy for them ever again. I would not go to that dealer. If I was you, I would look into other dealerships they did not fix half the stuff they said they did not pleased with them.

Was sold a truck over a year ago
They told me they have the best mechanics. Nothing but mechanical issues all year and dropped over 4 grand into it. Had to put 2 grand in immediately for new struts then had to put new tires 3 times due to warped wheel. Accident no reported
Can’t pass inspection due to myriad issues and the biggest is body rot. Still owe loan. Guy Jacob says he will help out but just puts on hold until it hangs up. These guys are the reason dealerships get a bad reputation. Do Not Go Here!!! I promise you will regret it. Guy knew what he was doing when he sold me a Lemon. Beware and stay away

My daughter bought a car from you has nothing but trouble. She brings it there, guys say you fix it. Then the same problem happens again. Been going on for almost a year now.
Last time I took it there. I was told you guys don't have an on-site mechanic. I want to drop it off on Monday. Was told you wouldn't be out of look at it till the following Monday very unimpressed. Talk a big game.
Get nothing in response. Now, the warranty
expired.
