“We just got our swingset! It took about 4 1/2 weeks after ordering and was set up today. Shawn, the installer was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and confirmed with me the night before he was to arrive. Spencer ( I believe the owner) was wonderful:) he called me several times this week to confirm that our swingset was in and available for install. He even called to make sure the installer had touched base with me, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and I could tell he valued our business and cared that we were happy. Linda at the store was so sweet and so friendly. She really helped us pick the perfect swing set and I found the whole experience pretty smooth. The quality of the swing set is great! It’s beautiful and I highly recommend adding the kitchen feature. The pots and pans all make sounds and food comes with it to! Thanks guys for a great experience.”

“Our Saleswoman, Sandy was a delight and wasn’t too pushy push and seemed to actually care about our needs!We visited the Ashley Store and the Associates followed us around and made it hard to make a choice, they were also very pushy. But Bobs was a great pick and actually cared about what you wanted; and not just making a big sale.Our Saleswoman: Sandy gave us time to shop and let us know about any features and such we may be interested in; but wasn’t very pushy and ignorant about it! Great experience, would go again!”
