Fast on selling short on service and returning calls ? for service on same day delivered. I call to make them aware of the problem they promised a return call on Monday no call. So I called 10am and 4pm and still no response. So tried calling again today still waiting for another call ? back about coming back ? out to fix the problem.
I think they are losing the original customer service because they have grown bigger and have lost the personal care of the service end of things. But they are definitely quick to sell sell sell.
They are turning into a big box store more care on sales than on services on new defective products. The right door is higher and the space is different from bottom to top. Pay extra for service and get delivery guy out to fix and still not right. I guess they don't have service people ? just drivers. I will be going into the store to see management. Mr. Mineos salesman has yet to return my calls. It always someone else and you have to call them.

Baron's Major Brands and Appliance has been our go to for refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, washers and dryers for years. This time my mom's washer needed a replacement. I called and spoke with Jack over the phone and he was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He assisted me in choosing and purchasing a Whirlpool washing machine for her. They delivered it a couple days later which is today and delivery was great, the guys were great they were in and out .....took out the old washer. As usual we are very satisfied with them. The sales person and the delivery guys.

Baron’s in Plaistow is a great place to do business! We hadn’t shopped there in 20 years since we first bought all our kitchen appliances, and finally our GE Microwave gave out. I googled the new GE Microwave that I was looking for and Baron’s had it on sale, like some of the big box stores, and brought in from GE warehouse in two days. Three of the big box stores were 3 weeks out and also had a $20 delivery fee added to ship to their local store for customer pickup. I ordered with no hassle or sell up from sales rep Hunter over the phone in a matter of minutes.I was notified when it arrived and had help loading it into my pick up truck with a smile. This couldn’t have gone any smoother. This is coming from a satisfied customer who doesn’t typically write a review, but I feel that Baron’s earned it!

Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our many questions. After our refrigerator was delivered he made a house call take care of some details. He went out of his way to insure our satisfaction. Very professional.

Incredibly poor communication and coordination. It took weeks to arrange delivery and install, leaving us without a stove for two weeks. Install services were sloppy and the office was incredibly hard to communicate with. It felt like we needed to hound them for every step of the process. Major props to the delivery contractors - they maneuvered the huge unit through a very difficult entryway flawlessly. Office staff and installation teams were a mess though. We will not be buying appliances from this company again.

The sales person we dealt with was knowledgeable an friendly. It was a seamless process. The installer, Desmond, was courteous, friendly and did a great job. He was attentive to the cleanliness of his work, and he worked at quick pace completing my installation flawlessly.

Paul was totally knowledgeable about the various ranges and refrigerators that I was interested in. He highlighted and explained each product's features and price points. And since I needed appliances with specific dimensions and colors, he chose the products with that in mind. Not only was he knowledgeable but warm and professional throughout my time with him. His dialogue was spot on and never felt pressure to purchase the appliances. I would not hesitate to purhase additional appliances from Paul. So, hats off to Paul and the Baron's family of sales staff!!!!!!!

I called the Plaistow store to check on the availability of a Bosch dishwasher. The model I needed is on back order. Hunter was easy to work with. He answered all my questions regarding the unit I was looking for. I have been doing business with Baron's for over 40 years and have not been disappointed. Now I jneed to wait patiently for my new dishwasher to arrive.
