I came at 4 PM and says out till 6 PM. Mind you Store closes at 7 PM on a Saturday never knew a business that a worker takes two hours of lunch break.This is the fifth time I come and it’s the same scenario and I just decided to give them a negative feedback at this location because the 123 strike you’re out rule of thumb. I gave him a chance but five times that’s overdoing it somebody incorporate needs to address this issue.

I give 5 stars after having an opportunity to have one of the best sales reps I have ever met, her name is Sydney, navigate and fix my suspended acct. I had some technical issues regarding a new business acct and she worked extremely hard and stayed late getting my lines back active. She was direct, very knowledgeable as well as an incredible listener. She never interrupted me after my 5 hour horrible experience at the Salem Mall store. If I could give more stars I would and she is the exact person I would want representing my brand. Thank you Sydney, they should give you that store!

Spoke with Emma & finally met her. She was so patient with me & extremely helpful. I learned so much about my phone & all her very useful tips. No wonder she is a manager & quite a lovely asset to AT&T. F. Pappas 4/23/23

I just had the best experience with Joe who works at this location! He was so friendly and honestly the most helpful sales rep I have ever come across… and I’m in sales! That was the quickest turn around I have ever experienced upgrading a phone. I wish all reps were like Joe. He was informative, polite, and honestly just a great guy. He made the whole experience of breaking a phone not even seem so bad. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know.

Nick is honest and eager to help, going as far as multitasking in order to serve two customers at once. He was efficient and got me in and out of there in no time. This is the second experience I’ve had with Nick at this store, and both times I’ve gone to this AT&T have been pleasant because he has great customer service skills.

Scam artists and thieves. Watch out for fraudulent charges. When you ask for a manager they’ll hang up on you or tell you to call the 1800 number or if you go in person, they’ll refuse to help you. Commission based and don’t care about messes they create.STAY AWAY FROM GABBY AND THE FAT BEARDED GUY

Absolutely disgusted with the outdoor that work at this store. Both times my wife and I have gone there, they have the WORST attitudes, are rude, condescending, sarcastic, abs confrontational.....unless of course you are buying. Pathetic
