Absolutely AMAZING experience all around. The wedding dress appointment was exceptional. I was treated like royalty! Sandra was so kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. We also made an appointment the groom based off their advice on being able to match colors based off my dress to ensure it didn't look dingy. We had our first appointment today, and Jay was the best! He really took the time to give us the personalized attention we needed, answered every question we had, made sure to go over every detail, and offer us his expertise! The prices are also fantastic. I couldn't be happier with our decision and will definitely be referring everyone here!!

Can't thank Jay and 125 Bridal enough for making the suit selection process as smooth and effortless as possible for me. Wedding planning is stressful enough and they allowed me to worry about one less thing. I'm not a huge Tuxedo fan, so I was very happy with their selection of different styles and colors of suits. Any alterations are done within 24 hours which is pretty crazy to think especially with the amount of customers they had during prom season, but they were able to get it done for me and a few of my groomsmen. Jay had even offered to drive one of the suits up to our wedding in Maine if it came down to it. Thanks again! I'd recommend Jay and his staff for anyone getting married in the north shore, NH, ME areas. They went above and beyond for me!

We got our wedding party suits (both for purchase and rental) through 125 bridal and had the most amazing experience! Jay and his team truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels confident and comfortable with their purchases. As a bride I had...many...questions and he answered them all thoughtfully and kindly. They assured me that everything would be perfect....and it was! Our guys were looking AMAZING at our wedding. Can't thank them enough! :)

I absolutely loved my experience at 125 Bridal! I saw them at the Springfield Bridal expo and knew it was where I wanted to buy my dress for my wedding.
At my appointment, Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and selected dresses based off my desired looks. I found the perfect dress for an AMAZING price. Amanda even selected the perfect veil to complete my look. Overall, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about my experience. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you everyone! Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with this place. The employees were so helpful. Sandra listened to what I wanted and helped me find the PERFECT wedding dress. I will also be renting the suits from there!

Sandra was phenomenal! She took her time and listened to what I was looking for and had such a good eye for what would look good on my body. She was so helpful at showing how certain alterations may look and helping us through the process. I never felt overwhelmed by options. She stuck to my budget. The dresses were all beautiful and I felt so attended to. Would recommend!

We had an incredible experience prom dress shopping here! We arrived without an appointment and we were warmly greeted. We were welcomed in and shown around; we spent quite a long time trying on dresses. We were never rushed and the owner and wonderful staff were helpful and beyond excellent- highly recommend!
Ps- we were the mother and 2 daughters that chose the yellow for my Senior ?

I got my wedding dress from here a couple weeks ago. The woman I ordered the dress from kept telling me to order a size 16 that is would fit me better. I thought a size 10 or 12 would be best for me considering that was the size is was fitting into and trying on. She pushed for the 16. I don't know wedding dresses like she does so I trusted her. Dress came in and it was to big. Took the dress to the seamstress and she told me this dress is 3 to 4 sizes to big and would need to take the dress apart and reconstruct it to make it fit me. This will not be cheap. This $1800 dresses just turned into $3200 dress over night maybe more. The staff working there should have more experience or knowledge. Now I have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for the size I should have gotten in the first place. Don't shop here

So glad I didn’t get my dress from here. I ordered one dress in to try on and when asked if I wanted to try on more I said I’d love to - my stylist asked my style and brought in 2 dresses that were polar opposite of what I had said I wanted- I told her I didn’t like them then tried on the one I had ordered into the store. When I tried this one on I said I liked it and my stylist was ready to ring me up- when I told her I was not prepared to buy today her whole demeanor changed- my mom asked if I was able to try on any dresses similar to the one I like and she told me no. Do not recommend to any bride going for their first dress experience

Amanda was amazing. Yet to get my dress to the seamstress may do an updated review. But genuinely right now after going twice once with my aunt and once with my mother and FMIL she read my needs and what I wanted. And she got my vibe immediately from looking at my Pinterest! Every dress she pulled was amazing and she made me Try on dresses in other styles to solidify my choices!

I just had my appointment with Amanda and she was so positive and so supportive. She made me feel so comfortable and really payed attention to what styles I liked or disliked. She also had a smile on her face despite me changing my mind 7,000+ times. The owner was also super nice and gave us a lot of good insight and ideas for our wedding location. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place.
