I purchased a Kubota SVL75-3 from Townline Equipment in Plainfield NH recently and just had the complimentary 50 hour service completed by one of Townline’s technicians at my location. This was my first major purchase from Townline, and I am very happy that I chose to buy from them. I found Spencer (sales) to be knowledgeable and fair to deal with and when it comes to service the responsiveness and work quality has been great. I have had a few questions along the way and the service team was always quick to respond and very helpful (Adam and John in particular). As a result of these experiences, I strongly recommend Townline Equipment. And the Kubota SVL75-3 is a tremendous CTL.

We bought a Kubota tractor from the Kubota dealer in Sharon Springs before it was sold to its current owners and became Townline Equipment. We had good experiences with the previous owners. This spring, we contacted Townline about a leak in the tractor axle. Then the comedy of errors began. The first technician said that he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the right part. The excuse for that, which came later, was that the box was mismarked. The second technician came and installed a part that did nothing to correct the leak. It may have made it worse. We got a bill for that for about $430, even though the leak had not been corrected. Finally a third technician came and worked for several hours replacing a number of parts. The leak is fixed, finally. We just got a call from Townline saying the bill is $840. That's a lot for inadequate service. It seems as if we have to pay for their incompetence. We'll find another business to service our tractor in the future.

The mechanics that come out to fix my L47 are always great. Always seem very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, I bought a Kubota so I see them way too much. I thought Kubota was a good brand. Who would have thought a new backhoe could be broken so much of the time. It's down again and going back into the shop Aug 7th. Really wish I had bought something that actually works.

The service department is very helpful. I was having an intermittent issue with a check engine light on a Kubota L3301. I spoke to several people over the course of a few days. They narrowed down the problem to a probable faulty sensor, shipped me the necessary part and talked me through the repair process. Not many places will do this. They saved me a lot of time and money.

Recently purchased a Kubota skid steer from Townline and the experience was beyond expectations. Spencer, from Townline contacted me and sent me a quote within hours. After signing the PO, Spencer informed me the machine would be ready for pick up the next Monday. Everything was ready when I got there and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. In this day and age of sub par customer service, Townline is a reminder of what customer service should be. Well done and thank you.p.s. Also received a thank from the owners for my purchase, which is greatly appreciated

They were able to get the items I was looking for. It took awhile for them to arrive. The parts department knows there products. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
