Valarie even gave me a “Tiny Positive Potato” that brightened a week that had been going very rough. The service crew worked efficiently and got me in and out in no time. They also went the extra mile to put my spare tire and equipment back in its hidden compartment and place my keys in an easily visible/accessible location.
