I have a male senior maltipoo. He has general good health, however, his last vet was terrible. They messed up on his oral surgery, he was terrified to go as they were rough and he was just another patient to them. I went to Riverbend and they’re so sweet and kind. They explained everything in detail, from what was going on with his teeth, to how to approach it, and estimate from lower to higher end of the price rangw. What could be affected if this or that isn’t taken care of. My dog is skittish, yes, but he was much more relaxed here and the vet/vet tech were amazing with understanding that. Also have my boyfriend’s dog who’s been going for years, they’re so nice and truly care about the animals. Absolutely love them!

It says they do emergency and urgent care on the website but they don't. Told they couldn't get our sick doggie in for a month.

Riverbend Veterinary Clinic has been up charging the costs, changing the price from when you talk to them on the phone $ vs when I get there and they find a way tack something else on besides what they told you on phone $$$$. They are not professional and they don’t know how to communicate with each other. The vet belittles you in front of the vet techs. I wouldn’t give them a ⭐️, if I could.

I have come to Riverbend Vet for a couple years now and my experience has been great. Despite having so many animals and being so busy myself they are able to help get my animals the care they need in a timely manner. I cannot thank my vet Megan enough for helping to provide excellent care for my many fur babies.

I can’t even recommend them enough. I thought I was going to lose my baby, they went above and beyond to make sure she was okay and I just can’t say I believe any other vet would have gone the lengths they did. My sweet Nala is almost her full self again and I just can’t thank them enough for the utmost care respect and love they gave my baby. I will forever be with Riverbend for all of my animals, they go above and beyond and are the BEST in the area.

I had never been here before. Our cat, who we got as a rehome, had been going here with his previous owner. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for one.
