I have done one-on-one training withBrandi as well as visiting her classes. She is demanding but individualized. Great workouts whether in a private or group setting.

When I started working with Brandi my goals were to get back into a strength training routine and gain muscle. She has helped me with developing a workout routine that accommodates for a past injury and gave me valuable dietary advise given my goal to build muscle and my diet restrictions of a Type I diabetic. She is very flexible with scheduling even meeting me at 4:30am! Since beginning my work with Brandi I have lost almost 20 pounds in 6 months!

Brandi is terrific! She met with me to discuss my goals and limitations before I started training. She gets the struggle! I worked hard and reached goals I didn't even know I had :)

I love Brandi's classes! I live in Massachusetts, but my mom lives in Vermont had been raving about Brandi's classes, so I decided to go with her to a class, and now every time I come to Vermont, I make it a point to make it to one of her classes! I love that each class is different, and challenging in new ways, she really keeps you on your toes!

I've participated in two sessions at two different venues. Both were tweeted to accommodate all who attended. I particularly enjoyed the strength training piece of the workouts! The exercises were fast paced and challenging yet in short spurts enabling even a newbie to succeed!

Brandi's classes are a lot of fun. I particularly appreciate how she will show me alternate exercises when something is too difficult. I've injured myself previous to starting with Brandi. She has kept me safe and happy.

Hello all, I wanted to let you know about our incredible experience with Joseph. Silovich. I am a teacher in Hanover New Hampshire and we were so lucky to have been able to book Joseph to be a personal trainer for several women at my school. Joseph is an inspiration to all of us. He has lost tons of weight himself and is still working on his body in all the right ways. He kicked our asses every single Monday and Thursday in our hour long sessions and we have all shown incredible results thanks to Joseph. Joseph is also a kind, friendly and a hilariously funny guy.
