Brought in a car that was running well for inspection. They said it needed $1400 worth of work. It died the day after I picked it up. Had it towed back to Valley. They said I needed $300 more work. The day after I picked it up it died again.They "inspected" the problem and said the car wasn't worth fixing and told me "tough luck." I'd avoid this garage as they take no responsibility.Response to Valley's response...the mileages and dates are incorrect, as are other parts of his statement. Car (died both times) within a day of pick up.Had a long, friendly conversation with the owner and he refused to do anything at all. Rather than cultivate a new to the area customer, he told me there was nothing at all he would do.

I use Valley Auto for all the work on my Jeep. Tune-ups, electronics, tires, brakes, everything - and have never had a problem with their workmanship or pricing. Friendly staff and realistic quoting - you can't really ask for much more.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Had a slow leak in my truck tire and they got it fixed right away even though they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment.They are always fair, knowledgeable and friendly.It's a great place to take your car.

Our Honda had a part fail and we had to have it towed to Valley Automotive. They looked at it, and informed us Honda had issued an extended warranty on that part that we qualified to take advantage of! Instead of doing the work themselves and charging us for it, they let us know the dealer would do it for free! It’s great to find a business with this kind of honesty and integrity - we will use them in the future, for sure!

I had work done on my 2005 Jeep wrangler. These people were great. Customer service and updates very nice. I had brought my Jeep in for a bit of major work but they went over and above I feel. It sounds and drives like a different vehicle. Thank you. Will recommend to anyone o know.

My family has been going here for years, and none of us have any complaints about it. I've had great service with Lance the owner as well as Greg (and others, but I forget what their names were. In short, I'd feel good about having any of the employees here help me.)When I got a flat tire a few years ago, they put the donut tire on for me and because I had to get a new tire put on that day and they couldn't replace it that day because they had to order the tire, and therefore I had to drive to the bigger tire place in Nashua, they didn't even charge me.Recently, (thanks to NH's potholes,) I got another flat tire, and after the technicains assessed all 4 tires, Greg gave me honest advice about how the tire that went flat needed to be replaced because the hole is in the side, and also one of the others should be replaced because it has a big divet (sp?) on the sidewall so a bad enough dip into a pothole could easily cause it to go flat as well. He also let me know the other two tires have divets as well, but rather than telling me they for sure need to be replaced, he was honest and let me know that the pothole damage to those was more than superficial, but not alarming, so it's up to me if I wanted to get them replaced. That's the kind of service you get here: they are well aware that car repairs and tires are expensive as it is and a big expense for most people, so they don't try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, they let you know the facts and they only push you to get work done when and if not getting the work done is going to be putting you in danger of getting stranded with a flat, breaking down, etc.Overall: very friendly, very helpful, they're looking to give you good service rather than charging you as much as they can, absolutely no notes

First rate all the way! Very helpful and professional. Told me my broken CV was a factory recall and helped me confirm it. They could easily haves done the repair and I would have been none the wiser.

Brought my Kia Sorento to them do to a coolant leak. One garage said it would cost around 300 to fix. The mechanic came out and found the problem in 2 min. What would have cost 300 cost me 15 min of time to tighten 2 loose hose clamps. No charge on that. Weeks later I brought my car back for an oil change. I left it, and on my way to keene my car was back outside within 20 min and was ready to go. I'd say that's the fastest service I've had in a long time. Definitely going back for my next oil change and any other issues my Kia may have in the future.
