Easy online rental and the fact we got 2 months free. Location is great. Security keeping our stuff safe is number one. 24 hr access is awesome because of work schedules. All around love the size of the unit and price range is great, having insurance makes us feel better. All around 5 stars from us

The initial rental they gave me was full of somebody else's stuff but a quick call straighten that out! Excellent customer service

Great storage for a great price the only downside is some of the features it says they offer isn’t offered at my site and no one seems to ever be in the office
