“A Christmas gift was missing that was supposed to be delivered on the 12/6. I called the National customer service line and they were little help. 12/15 I went in and spoke with a gentlemen and he was great. Helped me right away and said he’s look into what happened that most likely it was taken to the wrong house and back at the office. Got home a few hours later and the package was at my door! Always have great service and friendly mailmen here.”
