4:00AM appointment, checked in at 3:45AM , dock assigned at 4:00..unloading done at 4:45..first time here and so far so good.

Delivering only couple of pallets. Been at door for already 4 hours and still waiting for my paperwork. Already late for my next delivery. Don't waste your time if you have a chance. Avoid this place.

Nice people. In 0348 for 0330 appt. Right away to the dock. Brought papers inside, gentlemen at the receiver and lumper service were very nice! 0530 got message from capstone. After I paid the lumper 348$ nobody bothered me while I was still on dock. Maybe cause it was Sunday, but still took my 2hr nap, since I was driving all night.

Turn right at the light (Kline) follow to Cooperative way, turn right again. Stage if spots available. If not pull up to guard, they'll stage you along the fence. You'll get a call for a door. Lumper is capstone. I've had both good and bad experiences here with the wait time so I'll give 3 stars. Porta John in staging area and rec office once docked.

Everybody was pretty nice here from the guard to the lumpers. There's plenty of room to back and if you get here before they open they let you park. Then you check in with the guard and they will call you when there open and have a door for you. They open about 0300. Those are the only good things my apt was 0330 got into a door at 0300. Didn't get text to pay lumper until 1000. Got paperwork and left about 1030. 7 hours from apt time is ridiculous. That's how most of these places are though so I guess I should have anticipated it. Overall not bad but unless you need a 10 hour break this place isn't great for being timely.

Overall a good experience. Everyone was super nice. Park in staging area if early and if spot is open, if no spot open drive to guard shack. The overnight guard was extremely nice and clear with instructions. Gave me a spot inside gate and was told to wait for call. The gate gives you a badge to buzz yourself into the receiving office. Capstone. Has indoor restroom. -1 star for time. Appointment at 4am, in door at 3:15, paperwork in hand at 7am. 5 pallets.

Delivery at 4am check out at 1pm very slow and high lumper fee.. they even refused 120 cases .. good thing about this place they have parking outside the plant by the guard shack.. my next load was canceled because of all this
