Staff refuses to wear masks/ enforce social distancing procedures in their store. Clearly a lack of concern for the community they serve, as well as the health and safety of their clientele. There is a Dracut Hardware right down the street with great staff and common sense safety procedures to keep their customers safe!

Always a pleasure to do business with a local hardware that cares about the customers. Unlike the big box stores where you are just a number. The staff is very knowledgeable and always very kind and helpful. Its amazing at the amount of items they have, makes for an easy one stop shop.
