Place is definitely on the up, all of the old, rude staff seems to have been replaced with friendlier people who actually seem to care about their job and keep things stocked. definitely better than a few months ago

There was a young man with curly hair who was super disrespectful it originally started with me going in to get a sub with my friend I had to run to my car to take a phone call at this point my friend was supposed to grab a sub for me but instead this young man said he can come in and get it for himself overall my experience at this place was horrible I will never be visiting this place again I will also be suggesting everyone I know to stay away from this place until this employee is reprimanded for his actions (I will be calling corporate about this problem first thing tomorrow)

This subway is the worst around! They dont have any chips and they are pretty much all there fountain drinks are out of order. They also skimp big time on the sandwiches for the amount of money you pay for a sandwich. They should just go out of buisness.

There are better places to waste your money for a basic sandwich. Go in and just donate your money to subway. It always comes down to people at work. One star is good enough to express my opinion.

Poorly made sub. Sub had only one slice of turkey and minimum veggies. I know how expensive food is, but this was a disgrace.

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap for.my wife. Didn't realize who small the finished product was when I got it home. Limited adds "we are out of that" finished product 3 inch wrap barely anything in it for 9 plus dollars. Wish I could post pics

Absolute worse Subway I've been to my entire life. Bread was hard as a rock even though it wasn't toasted. Barely any ranch and never got my pickles even though he asked 3 times

The food is good, but the help doesn't have ANY Customer skills. I waited 4-5 minutes, I could hear them in the back, a girl walks by with a trash bag and doesn't acknowledge that I'm there,walks back by, no eye contact. Finally, someone comes out, don't have the bread I want, the oven isn't working. They choose to not train their people, kids all know they pay the least around and you get what you pay for. The subs are reasonably good, considering, if there was a better option I would use it.

Worst Subway to go to! Be prepared to NEVER have basic ingredients for your sub ie. deli meat cheese and/or veggies which are always out. How do you keep customers when this is never improved?! Management clearly needs improvement here. Ive never witnessed such a monstrosity at any other Subway before, just this one!

I go in at 9 pm on a Saturday. Says open till 10. All the chairs are up n the kids say they put all the food away. Idk who's the boss but u gotta check your lazy employees. They killing ya business!

Placed a mobile order totaling 40. Had my kids at dance Planned on picking up on the way home got confirmation of order which had my telephone number on it 35 minutes later stop curbside to get order No one comes out i go in and young man just saying we have no bread I ask about my order and he says there's no bread can't make your order I ask why I wasn't notified and he claims he had no contact info Yet he had my PAID order I ask for a refund He says I need to speak to the manager So I ask for manager he says he isn't here and I don't have his phone number!!!! WHAT!!!! I repeat all of the above and his only response is no bread no orders I leave to a car full of hungry kids and go somewhere else Still can't get manager Call the store Mailbox is full drive by Door locked I will keep trying to get my money back but don't go there!!!

We ordered from this place twice through the website. The first time we ordered they forgot to put double meat in one of the subs along with the wrong kind of cheese. It wasn't a bad order and mistakes happen, so we went for a second one.This order they messed up the type of bread and cheese on different subs. The meat for the tuna subs that were footlongs was as if someone put a single scoop on and tried to make it last over the entire sandwich. The cheese was wrong on one of the subs as well. One that was supposed to be double meat had what I would expect to be normal meat, and the one turkey sub had at most six slices on a footlong. There were no cookies that I ordered so they gave me another type, but I know the lead at the store is responsible for putting any shortages in their app to make sure you can't order things that they are out of on the website.The person I spoke to was very polite and I feel bad that he has to deal with this sort of thing, but I'm just unhappy with not being given what I purchased. He offered to remake them, but I just ended up opening my own tuna and shoring them up to where they were supposed to be.
