This place is a complete and utter joke, extremely unprofessional and untimely. I had brought my car in a MONTH ago due to an engine misfire, leaking and a broken hood latch. The entire time I got 0 phone calls from any technicians and whenever I called I got the run around for weeks. I received one half as$ estimate of 12-1500$ and that they’d get back to me with a set one in a few days. A week later I finally got a call from someone and “To be honest I don’t really want to do it”. Was what I was told. I received no real quotes and didn’t give approval for any work to be done but when I go to get my car I have a 500$ bill waiting for me. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude when I questioned what was done to it, I was never once told that any work had been done, nor gave permission for any work to be done and on top of that I was charged a 90$ fee for “get the hood to open” on the final bill. A complete waste of time and money. 500$ for a set of spark plugs and a month without a car, I’ve had better experiences at jiffy lube.

Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.

I looked at past reviews and maybe it's changed ownership or they don't care if they piss people off but customer service is sub par at best. My dad took his car there and asked for them to look at it. Look being the key word here. They started doing work on it and never xalled to say this is what we found what we should do would you like us to start working on it? They told my dad (who dropped it off at 8 am) when he called around noon they were working on it. He asked for them to give him a call when it was done. No communication whatsoever. He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. At the very least the work done on the car is not the issue it runs better now.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Had damage to my trunk after an incident in a snow storm. They quickly had it looking better than new. Al specifically really took care of me.A million thank yous.
