I’ve met a few different providers here, and all of them were extremely well informed. Michelle is particularly kind and went above and beyond to help me with a few different issues I was facing. The receptionists are always warm and friendly, as well. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience amd never mind coming here, and I am someone who often dreads and even avoids going to see the doctor. :) thank you Pelham Healthcare Associates !

IMMIGRATION MEDICAL, A BIG NO NO! SCAM! BE AWARE ! : Me and my husband had to do medical for immigration and we scheduled here paid 450 each and paid for other lab tests and vaccinations out of pocket extra to another facility. And submitted. Then got RFE for medical, saying not enough information provided. Then we contacted and even went back there and they did not help us for our RFE. Dr. Kodali was the worst. She told us we were the one who changed the documents before we sent it to USCIS. Are you serious???? Who would change the sealed envelope???? Who will open that and and make changes and get RFE? She even doesn’t know how to respond to the clients, she was literally shouting. Then we had to do it sooner, so we did it at another facility. And it was approved. We also showed them the copy of the medical done in this facility, and they were totally shocked with the documents. Because lots of information were missing, incorrect and the form used was not the current one as per the USCIS requirement. We should report this to USCIS. Very bad service.

My wife had an immigration exam scheduled for her visa. This was one of the locations in the area that has a civil surgeon. The doctor is good.thestaffs are very co ordinating

My wife had a immigration exam scheduled for her visa. This was one of the locations in the are that has a civil surgeon. The doctor seems nice enough, but the office staffing is some of the most incompetent health care workers I’ve encountered. They were unsure which vaccines were required, we then faxed some over that she had already received they said they never got them. They then wanted to schedule another vaccination, then another woman there said it’s not allowed within 30 days, then magically they received the initial fax we sent over the previous week.I spoke to at least 4 different people on the phone in the office and none of them could get on the same page.

My husband and I were impressed by the friendliness of the staff as we arrived at the clinic. The great experience went on as we saw Dr. Kodali and her team. Clean facility, great personnel! Highly recommended!

Just moved to the area needed a new PCP. I was seen last week for a blocked ear and again today. The nurse practitioner is awesome she’s so thorough but fast! You can tell she truly cares about what is going on and isn’t just treating you like just another person sitting in the chair .
