“Darlene was an amazing individual to work with! Her organization and attention to detail is amazing! Darlene met with us several times in person and via phone throughout the wedding process to iron out details, etc. Darlene met every one of our requests and provided suggestions along the way to help make the day a success. Two moments that stick out in particular is when I discussed with her the ages of our ring bearers (6,3 and 11 mos.). I mentioned the 11 month old has some severe allergies. She recommended using silk florals/succulents for all ring bearers’ boutonnières to avoid any potential risk of allergies, or if the 11 month old tried to eat the boutonnière! Another moment that stuck out to me was her always ready with a “plan B”. We were hoping to have our ceremony outside, but depending on weather, we understood it may need to be inside. Throughout the entire process, Darlene always had an option “and if it’s inside we will do this, or that, or a combination”. We ended up having our ceremony inside and Darlene stayed to help with the room flip to make sure our vision and plans we discussed were done fully and correctly. Darlene exceeded our expectations in terms of flowers and centerpieces! So many guests that night commented on how beautiful the floral arrangements were! Thank you Darlene and Anne’s Florals!”

“My sister passed on a Friday and we didn't have the information on funeral arrangements until mid Saturday. I searched on Saturday and could not find a florist in the area that was open. My Niece told me they had gone to Classis Flowers on Saturday and ordered their flowers so I took a chance and call them on Sunday. The business was closed but a woman did pick up the phone and I explained the situation and that I needed the flowers for Tuesday morning. She took my order even though they were closed. I have to say, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier with my whole experience. I am one very satisfied customer.”

I talked to the owner, and we reviewed the look I wanted (white and blue flowers, with a little bit of yellow, in a basket). “My vehicle died and I coasted onto their property . I explained my situation to one of the workers inside and she was understanding , kind and accommodating, letting me fill containers of water to fill my radiator. 5 hours of not being able to find a friend to come get me . I started my 6 hour walk home to Nashua in tears . I only got a mile down the road when a well dressed man in a nice clean car slowed and asked if I needed a ride . After telling him my series of unfortunate events he informed me he owned freshwater farms where my truck sat dead . He then orders me an Uber while we chatted briefly. He had mentioned he had an event to attend shortly ,so I thanked him again and smiled as he went about his evening . maybe 5 min passes and I see him pull back next to my truck where I was waiting for the Uber . The owner had turned around to give me 40$ so if needed I could Uber myself back to my truck in the morning and not stress about finding a way back . This is how they treated a complete stranger that was not even a customer ! Amazing , kindhearted people to lift me up when I was so down . Speaks volumes of character, type of man we hope our children become as adults . thank you so much for all that you have done for me today . Brian C”
