He had a great time talking with the staff and he enjoyed working all of the different devices you allowed him to use in the store. The store is huge with 3 levels packed with equipment and listening rooms. We were warmly greeted and even after saying we were just checking out the store, we got the grand tour. The person who showed us around, unfortunately I forgot her name, seemed to enjoy answering all my sons questions. We will certainly be back when we are ready to buy. I have been interested in home audio my entire life and they covered all the mid to high end brands that I was aware of. The ability to a-b test so much equipment is really great.”

“I'm a teacher who stupidly only saves work to her USB drive with no back-up. Today I went to use my USB and it wouldn't open at all (tried multiple computers). Years of work were gone, leaving me overwhelmed and frustrated. We took my USB stick to Prime Electronics and he had it fixed within no time at a very reasonable cost. What a life saver! “After having another store I paid to transfer my data off my old iPhone 10 to my new 15 incorrectly I went home and tried to do it myself and ended up inadvertently deleting my eSIM and having no service on either phone! I was so distraught but this store spent over an hour of their time and kept pushing and trying different things to help me until I got service back at no charge. “I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”

“Jay is AMAZING! Call ahead, let him know whats going on. I had a VCR/DVD player that would not hold a VHS and the DVD tray was busted. I was DREADING buying a new one. Jay was able to fix the whole thing with used parts (new doesn't exist for something this old) He was completely transparent about only being able to get used parts and his price was more than fair! The most time-consuming process was the transfer of data from my old cell phone to the new one and during that time, at Jackson's suggestion, I ran some errands I had planned for the day.
