“My 14 year old, and by proxy his younger brother, is taking an interest in home audio so we decided to stop in to check out the store. The store is huge with 3 levels packed with equipment and listening rooms. We were warmly greeted and even after saying we were just checking out the store, we got the grand tour. The person who showed us around, unfortunately I forgot her name, seemed to enjoy answering all my sons questions. We will certainly be back when we are ready to buy. I have been interested in home audio my entire life and they covered all the mid to high end brands that I was aware of. The ability to a-b test so much equipment is really great.”

Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”
“Switched to T-Mobile after a disaterous run with Verizon. Joe and his team have great experience and service acumen. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

I was DREADING buying a new one. Jay was able to fix the whole thing with used parts (new doesn't exist for something this old) He was completely transparent about only being able to get used parts and his price was more than fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Now my toddler can enjoy all the movies we grew up on!”
“Well this GameStop is great let me tell you I wasn't planning on going to Nashua I had a couple of game systems I wanted to sell cuz I had you know I was in a rough spot needed some cash to pay some bills so I called Manchester gentleman tells me yeah sure come by I get to Manchester walk in the gentleman tells me oh yes trade-in no I needed cash I told this gentleman many times while I was on the phone getting prices for games and systems so I could have a roundabout of what to bring that I needed cash to pay a bill I told him several times and walk in and he says oh trade in sorry so I left only one in New Hampshire that I could get any cash from after driving an hour already from up north to Manchester was this this GameStop I walked in they were busy they remember who I was they took me immediately helped me right away then I was in a hurry One of the best one of the best service services I've ever had from any kind of business I really appreciate you guys You're great thank you”

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”
