I buy all of our plants here for the family garden as well as bait and fishing gear. I’ve been a customer for roughly 5 years as I like to support mom and pop brick and mortars. I came in with my four year old son to buy some fishing supplies and he had to use the bathroom really bad and was pinching it with his fingers as we made our way to the front. The gentleman sweeping the floor at the front said there was no bathroom. My son had an accident on the way to Macdonalds up the street. I understand no public bathrooms are a thing, but when approached with a kid holding his pants one would consider it urgent. We had to leave and didn’t get to buy our fishing gear, plants, and dirt which we would have continued to do had my son been able to relieve himself. You’ve lost a loyal return customer.

One of the most rudest and most disrespectful place I’ve ever been to had some guy tell me because I found something that was $4.99 and mind you everything else was the same price that I couldn’t get it for that price if they mad that mistake that’s not my problem and to have three people that aren’t mangers straight telling me that they can’t afford to give me the item for that price nope they can’t do that like ok even when I asked for the manager he himself was like I can’t afford to give you that forThat price so I left but will never go back to this discount madness never had poor customer service in the world they where very rude the way they spoke to me… it’s a discount store for a reason right but they can’t afford to give me the item forThe price they made the mistake for
