I see all bad reviews. I went there tonight and have nothing but good things to say. Every employee I dealt with was super friendly and very helpful. I was very happy with my experience.

All of he staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful! Particularly the individual at the front and the manager. Great Walgreens experience!

My last review shared a description of the employee and I guess that's a no-no and I apologize for that. Wasn't meant for any purpose at ALL, so I'll keep this simple. This pharmacy is terrible. Sounds like the policies of Walgreen's are "uncustomer" oriented so it trickles down thru the employees which explains their horrific customer service. HOWEVER, if you don't like your job; do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Life is very short. p.s. Today I traded war-stories of Walgreen experiences with another customer at my new pharmacy...hee hee...

Had to go here for prescriptions while on vacation. The pharmacy staff is so rude. Customer service is definitely not high on their priority list.

Hopefully customer service is getting better. I believe the management at the front of the store knows how bad that staff is and they said they were working on it. This store is a Rite Aide conversation to Walgreens. I love Walgreens and have for years. This pharmacy dept really discuss me to no end. My wife wants me to go to Hannafords across the street. We just moved up here and will make a decision soon. The next Walgreens is in Cornish Maine. 20 mins away.I will give this store a couple more visits and if nothing has change I will mi e on.

The pharmacy is awful! No one smiles. The staff are rude and condescending and act like you are bothering them. I would NEVER use the pharmacy there. The staff at the front were very nice, though.

The most unfriendly staff in the pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They don’t talk to you don’t ask if you have any questions and if you ask something they don’t answer right away. I just left there I was the only one there and they were still inconvenienced by one question. I’m going across the street to Hannaford.

Never going here again for a prescription! They have been out of my prescription for about 2 weeks. I called my doctor had them transfer it to another pharmacy. I went to that pharmacy in North Conway and was told they couldn't fill because it was already filled somewhere else. I then called the Walgreens here and was told that it was filled and is ready to be picked up. I drove from North Conway to Ossipee, The drive-thru is now closed. Okay no biggie... so I walk in, go to the counter, there are two people behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I am am right in front of them. They continued talking, I wait for a little bit but they keep talking to one another.and then I say to them "Is anybody going to acknowledge me?" Or atleast say that they 'would be right with me' Mind you I am about 1 ft away from them. They did apologize and I was helped. What is up with customer service!?!!!!!

The pharmacy decided to close without telling anybody for the last 4 days while my medicine sits on the shelf. Can't even transfer it to another Walgreens because of what the medicine is. so because one person is sick now I have to be sick too. Normal companies still open when 1 employee calls in sick. They don't just screw over all of their customers. They could have at least told us it was going to be closed for more than one day so we could plan ahead. Thanks a lot for being so rude and inconsiderate. I love wasting my gas driving all the way there just to see a cardboard sign in the window saying closed.

Ossipee Walgreens has fouled my prescriptions multiple times. Their pharmacy techs do not seem to care about helping the customer; they will not call your doctor or health insurance provider to square things up and push it all back on you.

Front staff is very friendly but…. If your having a good day and want to keep it that way I suggest not going any near the pharmacy. Medication was texted filled, I go to pick up and of course like all other times it’s not filled, most times not only not filled but than told they have to order. Clara In the pharmacy is respectful but all others I’ve talked to treat you like your bothering them if heaven forbid have any medicinal related questions. I remember rite aid pharmacy staff really being the go to for locale, now I go to Hannafordd, obvious choice when you have to go there anyways due to Walgreens always being out of stock

Avoid at all costs! The pharmacy staff is inefficient and rude. Didn’t get my shot till FOURTY minutes after my scheduled time. And it’s not like they were overwhelmed, on the contrary there were 2 maybe 3 customers. Despite filling out all the paperwork online beforehand, I was informed that the system was down so I’d have to redo everything. Ok fine, but why is your app not telling me that, instead it assures me I’ll save time by doing it online.I’m sympathetic to pharmacies as I know the job can be difficult, but this place is an absolute joke. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

This Ossipee store has some serious staffing issues! The woman in the pharmacy has the worst customer service skills I have seen. Just plain rude!
