They know they're inventory very well and are also very helpful if you ask any questions

Well my experience is from the other side of the counter but I try my best to keep everyone happy and have there materials arrive when they are needed also if you have any questions I am more than happy to answer them and I will admit if I don't know the answer I will find it out for any of my customers
