Don’t waste your time. Go to Napa in Wolfeboro or Ossipee.. I got the wrong brake pads 3 times before I got the correct ones. They were for a small vehicle an the first box he tried to give me would have fit an f350 prob. Come on it’s not that hard.

I will give two stars only for the assistance I received from Aaron. The manager in training is a joke. Plugged my car in then proceeded to tell me he can’t look up torque specs when others figured out how to do so within minutes. Then I buy a two pack of ELECTICAL tape and the manager says “o duct tape” when I put ELECTICAL tape on the counter. The fact you are promoting someone who doesn’t know up from down, or one who comes off of break and sits there with a blank stare then ask “ who is helping you” is not one that should be running an auto parts store. I refuse to even speak to your soon to be manager and will take my money elsewhere if he is the only one on the floor. My suggestion, promote someone with actual knowledge like Aaron, rather than listen to a guy that says he knows the job when he clearly doesn’t and has horrible customer service skills.

My alternator stopped charging while visiting NH. The store employees were extremely helpful to me, charging my battery, putting me in touch with a mechanic and with help finding a hotel. Awesome guys. Thanks!!!

My girlfriend went there to figure out if there was a warranty on her rotors, Because they were pulsating, and ask the assistant manager Scott to see if there was a warranty and he pretty much told her that he wouldn't help her with anything or even look up to see if I had a warranty and pretty much told her she wouldn't understand what he was saying, she is a mechanic as am I. We love going there, but because of this I think we are going to take our business somewhere else

Needed a part for my car last minute and the employee willingly stayed open until 8:01 for me to arrive and make my purchase. Felt bad asking, but still cool of them considering most wouldn’t.

Great place. Employees are honest and very helpful. Even if you don’t know much about the auto world, like myself, you can expect to be treated with respect and patience. Employees have gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions including installing new windshield wipers and helping me to replace my key fob battery. They take great care of their customers. Highly recommend.
