“Came in on Sunday October 5 to return a rental tool and just wanna say that Steph and Izzy (i believe that was the names) handled quite a few customers with speed and grace. Steph was assisting a customer with a complex issue (cross ref parts etc) and Izzy processed others with the speed of a gazelle lol. They also took the time to make each customer feel as though they were just as important as the next which was a pleasure to see in these days.. Quality customer service from both of them and will definitely use this O'REILLY Auto for my needs. What a great change from past experiences at other parts stores”

“NAPA is a great auto parts store for whatever your needs may be for your vehicle from oil to a light bulb to hub assemblys to all your cars needs. Prices are a bit more than other chain auto retail stores, however NAPA employees have great knowledge on parts and service over other stores. I would recommend NAPA if you don't mind paying a little extra for better knowledgeable employee and advice.”
