Morning clerks makes passive aggressive remarks towards customer. If you don’t like your job please do this community a favor and get a job somewhere else. I wish I can make a formal complain about this team. We arrived with an infant and were refused passport services because we did not arrive “10 minutes early” while multiple slots were open that day. I rather drive to a different town then deal with these people. Refusing service is a “power” move for these folks, seriously!

Rich helped me submit my passport application and took my photo. He was a breath of fresh air and lovely to talk to! He answered all of my questions and was very kind throughout my entire appointment. I have since told all of my friends to go to this post office to get their passports too?

There are 4 apartments they are numbered and lettered A,B,C and D yet we get everyone packages. I told the Man delivering the packages he had the wrong building. He told me he always puts all the package here at B. I don't work for the post office not my job to deliver the packages to the other building. Just sloppy lazy work. Please do better

Pretty sure the post office is self financed, not funded by tax dollars. They seem nice when I go by.

(First Review): "Worst mail service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Constant lost, delayed and damaged packages. They mark things as delivered to "clear out their system" and then don't deliver it until 4-5 days later even sometimes longer. I've been told my packages are "too big to fit in our vehicles" so they tell me I have to come drive 15 minutes to the post office to go get them?? So despite the fact that i'm paying for two day shipping, they still think it's fine to let my boxes sit around for days and weeks at a time. This place is the epitome of Federal Government Waste Fraud and Abuse. I've never seen a more poorly run, lazy and fraudulent operation than this before. The Post Master's name is Hope, good luck getting in contact with her, she's impossible to reach on the one phone number they have there and she NEVER holds up to what she says she's going to do." (Updated review) The Post master came to my house and yelled at my wife saying I left a bogus review. Yet here we are almost a month later and nothing has changed. FedEx and UPS both can deliver boxes to my house no problem, yet somehow the Post Office is still incapable of making it to my house. They leave slips in my mailbox saying "driveway too icy" Hahaha. Yet there's no ice on my driveway? If there is its 1 or two tiny patches. (I have a gravel driveway so my snowblower can only get so close.) If my driveway is too icy then either walk them in on foot or drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Saying you can't deliver because it's January in New England isn't an acceptable excuse. Yet i'm still paying for over night and two day shipping on all of my items, but not receiving them until 4-5 days sometimes even weeks after they were shipped. The level of incompetence and professionalism here is nauseating.
