“Repaired my 1998 Honda Civic (that was in excellent condition prior to accident) that was rear ended and "totalled". His repairs amazed me. He basically saved my car. Saved the deck lid, pulled the trunk floor pan and reshaped it(thing was an acordian and all crushed in) , new bumper cover, new bumper frame, new bumper foam, new taillights (I had an extra set), quarter panel rust repair and sheet metal correction, fabbed a new passenger bumper mount, and painted. Came out great! I have found my go to body repair guy for any other jobs I may need down the road. I plan on having a few smaller jobs done (new spoiler painted, small dents corrected, etc.) and I'm gonna give Joe a call. He does excellent work.”

“I stored my 2008 Lotus Elise SC with Synaptic3 over the winter of 2022-2023, with the intention of having them do work on it over that time. For various reasons, the work did not start until April, but we moved forward with front clam-off work including new radiator installation, ABS nodule rebuild, new air-horn, stainless brake lines, full suspension refresh with new shocks and bushings, and complete brake rebuild, including Electroless plating of all major brake and suspension components. I picked up the car in mid-July. Would I have liked the work to be done quicker? Sure. Did it cost more than I anticipated? Yes. Am I happy with the quality of the work? Absolutely. Ron and Dana's work is meticulous, and I literally cannot imagine another shop doing such a perfect job. They understood that I would not be happy with less than show car quality and they delivered it. Every step of the work was carefully documented with photos on a Google drive, and in retrospect I feel very glad that I took the car to them.”
