“Technically they didn't make a cent off me because the insurance ended up totaling my wife's car. But my goodness did they go out of their way for us, making phone calls to adjusters and managers and whatnot. That being said, this is a place you go when insurance is footing the bill. They're gonna do really good work with OEM parts and whatnot. This is not some hole-in-the-wall bodyshop that's gonna weld your frame back together or bondo up some body rust so you can pass inspection. Both types of places are equally important, just understand what they do before you go there.”
“I’m a long standing customer of Al’s Used Parts. Recently I had a couple of issues that needed immediate repair. One was my air conditioner which took them about an hour to fix and the other was my starter had gone and I had no way to get to work. After talking and explaining to Mike what had happened, what I had done and it still wouldn’t start. Then I told him I couldn’t get to work without my car. He told me to have it towed over to them. Which I was happy to do. He helped me out to which I’m grateful for. He had my car fixed by 5:30 that evening! I can’t tell you how happy I am for their hard work and their helping me out !!!”

This last week I had an issue with my vehicle and reached out to Dan Hughes, my care salesman and he came in on his day off (4th of July) to help me and get me set up with a loaner vehicle until I could get my car to the shop. I was in area to dropping off. My car was very simple and I got a ride to where I was going for my grandparents so I’m grateful that you guys could fit me in and that I was able to get an oil change and some other needed work.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Laconia Auto Zone during Bike Week. I needed some reasonably priced cleaning supplies and was pleasantly surprised to find what I needed at great prices, without any "jacked up" bike week costs.
The staff was incredibly helpful, quickly pointing me to the exact items I needed. The store itself was spotless and very well-stocked, making it easy to find everything.
Overall, Laconia Auto Zone provided excellent service and value, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!”
“Huge shout out to this store and Mike behind the counter. On the way up to Bike Week at Laconia, my Harley had a breakdown a couple miles down the road. The electrical system appeared dead and I guessed the 7 year old battery failed. Amazingly, this Advance had TWO of the right size batteries on the shelf, charged and ready to go. I also bought a couple wrenches to get it installed, and Mike even got me a Veteran's discount to boot. Instead of figuring out a trip-wrecking ramp truck situation, I had the bike running roadside within an hour and didn't even miss lunch at Weirs Beach. Thanks Advance, for stocking motorcycle batteries, and keeping them wet and charged!”

“My husband was referred here by a co-worker and I explained he should definitely feel comfortable getting work done here. This garage has been a place I used to go with my grandfather as a child and I knew his son's run it now who grew up with all my cousins. I came with my husband to pick up his truck and Ron didn't know me by my married name. So after my husband had already "Taken care of Business" and Ron treated us fair and did exceptional work - sending us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of everything my husband came out to get me and then I think we had a 20 minute conversation with Ron about all my family, all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years!
