How to I get someone that knows what they are doing about a bill I got? They charged me $199.99 to pick up tank and $99.99 for a technician to back up to a tank that was disconnected and picked up after calling a couple times a week for three weeks. Was here less than 10 minutes. I could get a fill in fall after calling a few times a week for a couple months I changed company.Was on phone for over hour talked to Mark Nelia Aliser Lov Ryan before talking to supervisor Luna. About this said she will work on this and will let me know in three to five business days. Is anyone else having trouble with this company? Have a great day

HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT use this company!! You never can talk to anyone local. I have called five times in the last three months, and have not resolved my issue. When you ask to talk to a higher up, they say there are none available. I am told to be patient and wait 7-10 more business days for the issue to be resolved. STILL WAITING!

Terrible customer service. You never talk to the real person and even if you do, you get transferred to somewhere nobody answers.
