Great gym. It's reasonably priced and open 24hrs which is great. However, they don't have a ton of machines due to space, so if it's busy it can be difficult to use some of them quickly. Everyone there is nice as well.

Let me start off by saying this gym is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The man there during the day every Mon-Fri knows everyone's names! Even remembered mine the first day! The gym is always very clean as well. Great variety of equipment. The best part is you can't beat the price! I highly recommend!

terrible gym with worse people treating employees terrible they fired a kid because he got sick with the stomach bug even said he’d bring in a doctors note. the owner (John) is not a good person just because he has money he thinks he can treat employees poorly. the regional manager (Amanda) was the one who fired the kid. it’s unacceptable and disgusting what these people do this review has gotten token down twice already once from me thinking i had a friend that was gonna get hurt for REAL FEEDBACK but it’s disgusting. the second time they took it down you better leave this up john i will keep copy and pasting it and there’s nothing you can do.

It's a small space, but they have a great selection of weights and cardio. It's also always extremely clean! Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

They're never at the front desk, never answer their phone, prepare to get overcharged for months once you do cancel your membership. Garbage company overall. Will never use this chain again.

joined for a week while on vacation. staff super helpful(Paul, Bill). Was limited in what I could use due to a previous injury but plenty of selection in cardio equipment and weights. Overall not a large space for a gym(store in large strip mall) but they have all you'd need. locker rooms also on small side but don't seem widely used. area where weights are located can get crowded with 4-5 people using but others respect your space. Very clean and well kept all equipment was functioning and maintained. Members seem to be diverse age-wise from college aged to seniors. recommend highly

Too small, almost no space to stretch or do core and only one barbell bench and one squat rack. Not for me.

This gym was the cleanest, best maintained, and friendliest gym I've ever belonged to. I''m not a natural "gym" person, so a special shout out to Chase, who is an excellent trainer, and always thoughtfully came up with new exercises that addressed my challenges and were adapted just for me.

Excellent, excellent gym; friendly, helpful staff and extremely clean. My only complaint is that I wish they had more than one squat rack and bench.
