“I've only been once but I had to face the most difficult experience of my life there that day and the people there were incredible. I can't say it enough. Clyde, I'll always miss you - the void is just incomprehensible - but the staff there were amazing. And I'm sure Clyde would agree.
She hadn't been to this vet before but some notable changes made it clear I had to get her seen ASAP. They made an appointment for the very next day. They managed to get her paperwork from my previous vet (Best Friends in Manchester which I do like) that same day and were very productive and seemed to really care about my Mama and our situation.
I do have another cat and, although I'd previously set her up at a vet in Stratham, I plan on bringing her to Epping Road going forward.
Clyde, I'll always love you Mama!”
“We appreciate the kindness and excellent care that the team at Health & Wellness give to our pups. They don't simply receive health care, they receive love. Our pups receive actual warm welcomes, cuddles and calming talk when they visit. The entire team knows their distinct personalities; our pups have very particular likes, dislikes, anxieties and joys. The staff treat our pups as their own and treat us with kindness too! Another important factor that has kept us loyal for a decade is the fact that the doctors pursue all avenues of care for the needs of our pups, from food and nutrition to natural remedies and nutrient dense supplements as a first response before prescribed meds for needs spanning pup to senior ages. Our whole family brings their pets here. Cats, dogs, all are well cared for. We will always belong to this community for our pets health and wellness because they deserve and receive the best here.”
“I am very happy with this veterinary hospital! Throughout my dogs life I have gone to 4 different locations nearby and this one is by far the best and most compassionate staff. They truly are dog lovers and all the staff is amazing at what they do this visit the other day my chihuahua was cared for by Shannon & Dr Kenny and they are so helpful and I couldn't be happier with my visit!”
“Such caring vet and techs. They will make your dog think it’s the most important pet there. Dr Bastien and her tech Nolan are wonderful. Our pup looks forward to her vet appointments! They answer all of our questions and really care about their patients. Highly recommend this office.”
“We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism at Lafayette Animal Hospital. From our first call to schedule an appointment they did the legwork of calling our last 3 vet officers to get our dogs records. Our first visit with Dr. Abbott she was both thorough and compassionate. She explained everything and presented us with her plan for our allergy pup as well as going over the cost prior to charging us for anything. Follow up was equally as great with daily checks. Blue was definitely BLUE prior to his visit but after having his brother Chunk with him for moral support and sneaking kisses to the ladies he was immediately much more comfortable. So pleased with the care we’re receiving. Thank you Dr. Abbott for taking such good care of our big “puppy”. Recheck in 3 weeks and our packs looking forward to it!”
“Another shout out to Sagamore Animal Hospital! Not only for the wonderful care of our pups, but for the excellent Customer Service from the Front Office and the Docs. This past week we needed health reports for boarding our dogs out of state. The boarding facility kept asking for records in different formats, updated in a certain fashion, etc. I felt badly asking Sagamore multiple times in multiple emails but they responded immediately and professionally with all our requests. Great animal care and Great customer service - can’t beat it, and Thank You Sagamore Team.”
“Piscataqua Animal Hospital is a professional friendly business and they really make you feel like your pet comes first. The Veterinarians are extremely attentive and follow up after every visit.”
“This is the most incredible place for my bunnies Sherlock and Watson! Dr. Hale and the ENTIRE staff are so incredibly kind... to both furry friends and humans alike! I'm so thankful to them all for fitting us in a few months ago for emergency care when Watson needed help and no one was able to see him in my area (my regular vet had been away). Dr. Hale also performed surgery on Watson, and I've just brought both buns in for a regular checkup and a desperately needed nail trim for Sherlock!
I have to drive quite a long distance (almost 3 hours round trip) to get to Greenland, but it is absolutely worth the drive! Thank you ALL for your kindness and top notch care...we'll continue making the trip! Absolutely worth it!!!”
“My pets have been a patients here for a year. I am very happy with the care received. I transferred from another local vet who was so expensive and never had any appointments. I have not had any of those same experiences at this vet. They are caring, affordable and have appointments available when your pet needs care.”

3 Walton Rd, Seabrook“What a great experience from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell how much they care about each of their "patients". They made my dog feel comfortable and loved. So glad I found Old Town Animal Hospital and can't wait for future care for Willow :)”
“I have used this practice for 20 years. Dr. Smith and Dr. Bastien are very knowledgeable and professional. The Techs are wonderful as well. They all care about the animals they treat and make me feel like my pet is in good hands. I haven't had much interaction with the other vets in the practice.”
“We arrived today with a cat. We received full, detailed service, in warm and loving hands. We were very impressed with the care and attitude towards us and the cat. We have only one complaint and that is regarding the very expensive price that includes the treatment provided. We understand that this is the case everywhere in the US and this is the norm, but it doesn't have to be this way. I recommend that others of course come to this hospital for the treatment of their pet, but only after obtaining supplementary medical insurance for animals that will cover and reimburse the cost of the treatments that are so expensive. This is very disappointing Because it puts you in a terrible dilemma that on the one hand we really want to treat and help our pet, on the other hand it's very, very expensive and it's a shame.”

215 Commerce Way STE 100, Portsmouth“The staff is always kind and helpful and thorough with explanation when we have questions or concerns. My dog was very nervous the first time we dropped him off for his treatment but thereafter he was cool as a cucumber and totally comfortable and at ease with the entire process. He goes in there like a boss now and absolutely adores the nurses and Dr Kow!: ) This little guy is doing so well at nearly 16 years of age even with the complications that have brought us to Port City and given us hope and much more time than we would have ever had otherwise. Thank you to everyone involved in his care!”
“My Husband and I want to extend our sincere gratitude for the love and care that the Entire Staff has provided our Fur Babies throughout the years. Most recently for our Pug Penelope who with your care is back to her Happy, Playful Self!!”
“Dr. Laura and Amy, the vet-tech who dealt with Luca, were very caring and skilled in dealing with not only Luca, our anxious rescue Lab, but also me with my concerns and questions about his various issues and symptoms surrounding his Kennel Cough. Dr. Laura is always very thorough and informative regarding his care. Dr. Moffat, who has treated previous pets of ours, has also been very informative and compassionate, having come to our home to euthanize them when we needed that personal care provided. He's always gone the extra mile. My only concern regarding Kittery Animal Hospital is that on their receipt for services they do not automatically include detailed information about the reason for the visit, the diagnosis, and the treatment. I generally have to ask for these "soap notes" before and after a visit because they are required by Luca's pet insurance when submitting a claim. It's also helpful to have this written information, itemizing what was discussed with the Vet as part of my dog's medical record. So, it's basically a matter of providing a more inclusive, detailed form at checkout.”
“Exeter Vet practice has always shown the utmost professional considerstion while caring for our dog.Today Christy gave me that added kindness and empathy to help us make a tough decision for our beloved pup of 17+ dog today.Dr Hill confirmed we made the right decision and ever so gently and empathetically helped our dog make the big leap.Thank you for always being there, calling back in timely fashion caring for us over the 5 yrs we’ve been here.Gratefully, Kaye, Richard and Poco”
“Thank you, Dr. Bassler and staff, for proving such professional, compassionate care to my cat, Henry! Henry was eating on only one side of his mouth and seemed tired all the time. Who would have guessed that he had an abscess under one of his teeth?! After the dental procedure you performed, his energy was back ... and he was acting like a kitten again! Thank you so much for alleviating the little guy's pain! All of you were so nice to me and my kitty. Thanks again!!”

15 Piscataqua Dr, Newington“These folks took incredible care of my cherished senior cat when he got sick and was ultimately diagnosed with cancer. Urgent care and specialist care...plus understanding and love...for years.
Today I took another cat to them. A feral rescue that has been with me for 5 yrs. This gal had a nasty eye infection. I was lucky to be able handle her enough to get her in to this hospital. And I can't say more about how awesome this team did. From front desk to doctor. They all did so much to accommodate my cat's special needs...the vet performed most of the exam and treatment on the floor, so as to make my cat most comfortable. I wish this vet could be our GP.
Exemplary. All around.”

63 Elm St, Salisbury“I had a great experience and so did my cat!I did book the appointment, and it was canceled the day before, but they called me to rescheduled. I understand that they are a small organization, and I ended up saving a lot of money. I will be spaying and neutering my other kitties next year.Make sure you READ all the email they send you so you understand everything. This is a low cost option so you do need to buy your own cone/body suit for your cat.Upon dropping my cat off at 9am, they’re were cars already there so I parked behind them and followed the line. Picked up my cat at 1:30pm and she’s doing great! The email they send you post surgery is also informational. I did wish that was sent before the surgery though as this is my first cat and don’t know much.Thank you Catmobile!!!”
“The very best vet. Simply the very best. Been an animal owner all of my 48 years. Never experienced an outfit as well run, and welcoming as these folks.
Everyone there is exceptional with your creatures. The Drs are patient, attentive, amazing at animal rapport, and impossibly knowledgeable. They even call us to check in on how our creatures are feeling after visits.
Simply the very best.”
