I can honestly say that all the people working at this ups store have always been pleasant.
Tony and Olivia are extra kind and helpful with technologically challenged seniors .

Above and beyond customer service today. Helped with my Amazon return that I had fouled up. She could have sent me off to Staples, but fixed it on the spot. Nice to see excellent service again!

Literally the best UPS store I have ever worked with. The peoe that work here are so KIND and professional and always get whatever I need done (if it is possible)With all the stress of the abundance of packages and customers (and we all know customers are always so kind to staff these days- HA!) they always handle everything with grace and I'm so thankful that this store is located in my community!Tony- is always great when it comes to the marketing side of things too! Always trying to help my small business get exposure within the community on new "mailers" or signage items that they might be doing!

I went to the UPS store to print 3 pages off a USB. When I didn’t see a slot on their copy machine for a USB, I asked about it. The clerk told me she could print it for me out back. She came back with my 3 black and white pages and told me it would be $3.00. When I questioned her about whether they really charged $1 per page for black and white copies she pointed to the document and said “these are shipping labels for the POST OFFICE. We charge extra for those.” Since when is a print job determined by the content of the copy? I was going to leave and go to FedEX Office but I was short on time so I paid the $3.00 but they’ve lost any future business from me. Please make sure if they offer to print something for you out back, you check the price before agreeing.

We paid $85 to ship a $100 package and it showed up damaged. We filed a claim on 1/15/23 and after Mutiple phone calls and emails we're still waiting on 7/26/23 to be reimbursed for our $100. Not the $185 we paid, just the $100 we paid to insure.
