This guy is literally the most genuine fucking human I've ever met he stuck with me through thick and thin after a driver hit me from the back. I had a intoxalock in my car and it made the process very difficult but ed went above and beyond he made calls blew in my device and really showed that he gave a shit I felt bad because it made so much more work for him but he kept a sense of humor and a smile and really worked his ass off for me not only would I recommend this place but I'd back this dude up in a fight in a heartbeat that's how above and beyond I feel like he went for me. Def go here before anywhere else best peep around.

I picked up my car from Seacoast Collision today. The whole experience with them has been easy and quick - no stress or confusion. My car was like new, seamlessly repaired and clean and vacuumed! I would recommend Seacoast Collision to anyone.

Bad quality and sloppy work and hate when you call them out on it. For instance when painting the hood of my car they forgot to re-attach the windshield fluid hose. A few days later i discovered that it wasn't connected. I told them about that, their response was "just re-attach, its simple", i response i said " i shouldn't have to do that". They still refuse to own up to the poor quality work and damage

I made an appoinment for my body work from Seacoast Collison for an accident I was in. I was told to drop off the vehicle on Mon, Nov 1 but when I called to confirm my reservation I was told that wasn't going to work and to drop it of the following week. No one had contacted me to cancell the initial appointment which meant that had I not called to confirm, I would have shown up to drop off my vehicle for nothing.When I did leave my vehicle on the new date, I was very upset to find out that after a week it still hadn't been touched. When I asked why it was still sitting in the lot I was told that they were going to get it right in and "knock it right out". Well their "knock it right" out took approx 3 more weeks. When I called to complain about the delay I was told by the owner that if I was unsatisfied I could come get my vehicle and take it somewhere else, even though it was in the middle of repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle the owener was so nice to me, he laid on the fake customer service which was obviously to deter me from leaving a badreview. Why should it take a month to replace a door and fix a scratch, work totaling $2500.Beware this place will repair your vehicle but in my opinion, it's not worth the wait or aggrevation you will most certainly incure.Services: Painting

My dealership recommended this place for body work. When I showed up for my estimate appointment, there was no one at the front desk. There were invoices with peoples’ personal information strewn ALL over the counter for anyone to view. I waited at the desk for over ten minutes and no one came to greet me so I left. They clearly do not have a professional appearance or attitude. I would definitely not do business with a place like this.

The whole right side of my car was scraped, and the door needed to be replaced. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the manager David. I was updated as the work continued on my car. Recommended! Good work, and pleasant people.

I had a "boo boo" on my car due to a collision with our retaining wall. Rear fender was damaged. In addition I had an ongoing issue with tire pressure. Although it took a bit longer than expected the result was great. Fixed the fender, adjusted the tire pressure issue and explained all very well. Kudos to "Dave" who was friendly, funny and informative. Oddly, this is the third time I have used their services but this time it was actually my fault.!
