The pharmacist manager is a complete joke to the profession. He is extremely unprofessional. Laughed in my face. Hung up on me on the phone, and refused to give me the number to corporate. His name is Robert Carroll. I highly recommend dealing with someone else, if you want respect. Hopefully he gets some training, otherwise this business will deff suffer.

I love the pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid. I'm in here every couple weeks picking up my meds and every time I walk in or drive thru they have always been friendly and efficient.

The pharmacy at Rite Aide North Hampton was no help at all today when the young lady who answered the phone blatantly told me she was “too busy” to look up my child’s prescription. She simply did not feel like helping customers today as I struggled to get any answer as to when the out of stock prescription might approximately become available. When this staff member told me it was out of stock over the phone I asked her if she could let me know when it was approximately scheduled to come in. She said she didn’t know and rudely tried to rush me off the phone. I then asked her if she could help me by searching her system for another Rite Aide that might have it in stock. She said no. I asked her whether she meant no we do not have that feature available or no I am not willing to help you. She then told me no she was not willing to help with my child’s prescription as she was too busy for that. I am not sure how Rite Aide expects customers to remain loyal to them when their staff refuses to offer basic customer service. This staff member really made me feel as if my business was a huge inconvenience to her. I subsequently called another local pharmacy and that clerk was happy to help direct me to a pharmacy that could fill my prescription same day. It took all of 60 seconds and they now have my entire family’s business, for simply being polite and willing to help.

The pharmacy always helps you with information regarding your prescriptions. They are friendly and courteous. The store help is very willing to assist you. The whole store is quite friendly.

I stopped in with my daughter to pickup some snacks and it was an awful experience from end-to-end. From the payment pin pads that weren't secured properly to an old female cashier making racist jokes about customers, I will avoid this store at all costs.

I made the mistake of needing to buy a birthday card when their systems were “down”I was fully prepared to be patient/pay a different way, but the cashier was nasty from the beginning. Wouldn’t greet/acknowledge me and then snapped at me when I asked if I needed to reput my card in (which I did have to because the system had timed out…hence why I was asking)I’m literally a grocery store employee and if my boss caught me acting the way she was, I wouldn’t have my job at all (granted my boss takes that stuff very seriously but it just was comical tbh)Sorry I bought that birthday card ma'am, hope your day gets better ??♀️

The Rite Aid store in No Hampton NH is usally very clean and well stocked. They have good people work theseZ Ginny is the best. She’s friendly, kind and proactviely helpful

Wow. Talk about price gouging the Mucinex! I had all I could do to find ONE on the very bare shelves. I thought I had found gold when i saw one so I bought the box of 40 tabs for $34.99. Later in the day, I found it at another store for $19.99........OUCH RiteAid....that hurt worse than the Flu/Shingle Shot combined. It's a sad, sad retail situation at a lot of place these days. But I do really like Leslie at the Pharmacy. She is smart, and stays on top of things.Update. Rite Aid sent me a survey to fill out. Then it asked me if I wanted to post something on Google. Somebody tried to contact me from customer service via email and just left me a phone number to call. Good effort but too late.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, recognized in my cart what procedure I was preparing for and helped guide me with some better options, and made sure I was set with everything. Never rushed me. I really appreciated the personal care and attention. And it’s a white-glove clean store. Highly recommend.

I have never before taking the time to write a review of a Rite Aid. But this store in North Hampton is hands-down the most friendly, cleanest, well-stocked Rite Aid I have ever been to in my entire life. I’m 40 and have been going to Rite Aid stores since I was a kid. I honestly would consider driving here just because of how great it is, and I live about 20 minutes away. It was such a lovely experience and I think it deserves some recognition since the employees clearly take great pride in their work and enjoy their jobs. Janet and Penny were lovely and kind and helpful. Bravo!

Talked to most arrogant Pharmacist Had to have Dr call from airplane to get him to fill a prescription that the Dr had called in earlier, If I ever purchase anything from Rite Aid Shame on me
