Dan exceeded my expectations beyond words! I had a last minute emergency on a Saturday afternoon and he dropped everything to come to the rescue - leaving my car feeling brand new! Amazing experience with a recent deep interior carpet detail due to a protein shake being spilled in the car. You can’t begin to imagine the rancid smell on a hot summer day ?. After trying multiple solutions to rid the car of this horrible odor I was fortunate to be referred to Prestige and Elite. Not only did Dave expedite getting my car in for service he was transparent from the beginning with regard to both the outcome and cost. I appreciated how honest he was. Dave went above and beyond literally removing and cleaning all the carpeting and interior and I can happily report that there is not a hint of odor in my vehicle. I brought my new truck here to get a ceramic coating done. Dave is knowledgeable with a passion for cars - I’m not much of a car guy, but Dave’s enthusiasm is infectious. I enjoyed learning about all of his vehicles, services, and the benefits I’d have after the ceramic coating was completed. Super happy with the outcome of my truck. I get compliments everywhere I go and I’m happy with how easy it is to keep it clean. Dave took my car exterior to a whole new level!He ceramic coated the paint and headlights and treated the exterior glass with a protective film.Success in a quality ceramic job lies squarely on the paint repair and prep. It is obvious that the time and elbow grease was put in to provide a perfect surface for the Ceramic. It looks amazing.From the onset, Dave was great explaining de the process and truly wanted to know my reasoning for getting a ceramic coating, versus just a detail and wax. I do not garage my car, and I wanted to protect it the absolute best way I could, beyond using a high-quality cover. He has also been very generous with his knowledge about maintaining the car moving forward and Encouraged me to reach out at any time with any questions. I had the absolute best experience at prestige and elite! Everyone was so kind and professional! My car looks even better than the day I got it!! They truly go above and beyond and treated my car as if if was their own! You can tell David really takes pride in his work and loves what he does, I will only be taking my car to him for now on!!

Had a great experience with Dave at Prestige & Elite over this past summer. I live in NYC but made it a point to visit Dave at his shop while we were up in Mass. I had my 2013 BMW ceramic coated and the results were amazing (photo below). Dave walked me through the process of the paint correction and then the ceramic coating. The whole process was about a week long but the results were worth it. Dave has been very accessible every time I have a question. Really cares about his customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have their vehicle look the best it can be.
