I work at a repair facility and these guys are always asking for orders but if I try to call instantly get put on hold and left there while they chat with regular customers. These guys need to understand that businesses need to make a living and if they put customers on hold we’re not going to wait, they’re going to go to the auto parts store that can get the job done in a timely manner.

Went in completely unsure and overwhelmed by brake controllers. Team worked closely with us to share what works best for our needs and got the parts to us right away. So glad to have this kind of knowledge in my backyard!!

Employees are not masked. They only had 1 register open and it was occupied. I was actually asked to come back in 5 minutes instead of them opening up another register or stand there waiting with unmasked employees and customer. Really ?!?

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I have an order vehicle and 90% of time they have the parts I need.
