It was alright but lil boring cause not much arcades, no good foods, slow service. I smells sweat feet n odor in the play area.

For the price, you would not expect to find equipment in disrepair with indifferent staff. Air cannons do not work, the noisy air compressor runs nonstop. Safety foam is being repaired real-time at parents’ request. Of the few lights, some are flickering and ready to fail. Don’t bother with a prepaid card for the 5 arcade games. No kid-friendly sinks or toilets in the bathrooms. My kids have been a half dozen times with the same experience, I’ll be making the drive to find better options.

So much fun!!! My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old climber and he made it through all of it, and so did we! Spacious and safe, does hold the clean standard it claims - 4 days later and nobody's sick despite going for 3 hours on a busy day during a birthday party and all using the bathroom. Super reasonable prices all around, pizza coffee, noticed the massage chairs on our way out and the toddler area was big enough for parents and didn't make my "big boy" feel small too!

I had great experience with the Carver site (I rated it 5 star can find it) so I picked the NH site when I took my daughter to the north. It was a total disappointment. The facilities are much smaller in size and the light is dim. My daughter went in only once and never wanted to return. We ended up playing some arcade game. Then my daughter said that she was hungry around 4 and I went to the cafe. There was a sign saying that the kitchen was closed and only snacks (chips and ice cream) were available. I had some leftover lunch so I ran to my car to bring it. At the exit I was shocked that the exit door was not locked or even closed. This is very unsafe for kids and I never saw this in other indoor playgrounds. I had to sprint to my car and bring the food bag. Then at the gate the staff told me that outside food is not allowed. Nothing inside the blue wall. I said okay just let me feed the kid outside the blue wall (in the cubby area). The staff then told me that even that is not allowed and asked us to eat in the car.I am shocked by the cold and apathy. If you don't allow external food, please have decent food service. We all know that not allowing external food is to maximize profit and I respected that. That's why in the first place I did not even brought in our backpack. However, when kids need food and you cannot provide, you need to be thoughtful and make accommodations.By the way, the kitchen staff were there. They were just preparing food for a birthday party. My daughter heard announcements that pizza was ready for the birthday party, then started to remark being hungry. When your staff is there, it is feasible to provide food service when needed, but they just did not make any efforts.

Pretty disappointed with this place. It was a busy day when we were there which is fine but it was filled with unsupervised children running around with lollipops in their mouths, no staff in sight controlling the toddler area where children who were way to old were playing in causing toddlers not to be able to play. Food options are horrible, one iPad to sign a waiver with lots of people waiting in line. Just was not impressed at all, won’t be going back

We had an amazing day! My son has sensory issues but has shown a lot of interest in going to an indoor playground. I emailed asking about noise level (besides lots of kids) and what to expect and Paula promptly wrote back to me letting me know the best times to come, the compressor noise for the air guns, arcade games, and everything else I needed to know. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. We ended up being there for 3 hours, there was so much for the kids to do and it’s great parents are allowed in the play areas too. The kids couldn’t get enough and can’t wait to go back.

Nice place. My son was overwhelmed and didn't seem to be old enough to enjoy it. The staff was very friendly and gave me a refund since we were only there for about 10/15 minutes. We'll try again when he's older.

Had a 6 yr old birthday party. It was very quiet that day so we had the space almost entirely to us. Staff was helpful and environment was clean. The cost of the party was a high for what it would cost the company. I wish more of tge spaces would make prices more affordable for birthday parties.

Great set up and so fun. A little pricey and I wish they offered memberships (would make a great gift!) but we always have a good time. There is a separate baby/young child section and a fantastic nursing room with toys for your older kiddo while baby eats.

Very fun place for kids! Birthday party felt rushed, just my opinion though. I did like the set up it was fun, kids seemed to definitely have fun. Half of the foam ball guns were broken and the bell to shoot the bucket of foam balls down was also broken, so that kinda was a waste, as that was one of the main “attractions” in the play area. Also the bubble show definitely needs more to it, it was just like 30 seconds of bubbles being blown in the air and the kids were so disappointed when it just stopped suddenly and so quick. The pizza was what you’d expect. Not that many options for an arcade. For the price of the party I personally don’t think it’s worth it.

We’ve been to this location before for playtime. However, we decided to have my daughters birthday party here and we are extremely disappointed. Staff were very confused and misleading, with zero to no communication. The pizza (provided by Off the Wall) was much later than promised, leaving only 20 minutes for pizza, ice cream, and cake. We had to rush the kids eating and get our things together to leave. Afterwards I found out the front desk provided no information to a friend of my daughter who never made it to the party room due to lack of direction. For what we paid, we maybe got half of our moneys worth. Please consider other places to have your child’s birthday party.

First time going here. My friend and I took our 4 kids here (6 and under). They have a little toddler area that my 1 year old loved. The larger area was great for all ages. Even adults were able to go in with their kids. Honestly, I wanted to go off on my own in there haha they have two massage chairs that overlook the playground. You have to pay for them which is unfortunate, but I get it. I wish they had more comfy seating to watch the kids play.

Went for the first time today from an hour away so my 3 year old daughter and 9 year old niece could check it out. I have never seen anything like this and will definitely not be back. It was like we walked into a zoo. A lot of the kids were unsupervised, my 3 year old was knocked over by other kids running at a high rate of speed a few times with no parents and never any staff in sight. My sisters feet, which were in socks, were ran over by a kid riding around on a kiddie tractor. Swings were knocking kids over in the kiddie play area leaving kids crying but no parents or staff in sight. We left after a short time as one of us was bound to get injured or witness an injury. I don't understand why there aren't staff stationed at each area. Oh and the women's bathroom was disgusting. Just an awful experience.
