This place has the best automotive work! They alway put the best parts in your car and always make sure your car is all good before giving it back. They also let you know if your car is going to need any future upcoming work. I personally think there pricing is real good because dealers would charge like 5 times more than they do. North Hampton Service Centers parts also last longer than dealer parts. Steve is very kind and this is a great family business. I’m happy I went here and I recommend you do to and I can tell you you will wish you came sooner. Thank you for your great service

I had been told by dealer that I would be needed new brakes/rotors in my Toyota Sienna. I discussed various "PowerStop" brakes with Steven and he recommended an upgrade to the "towing capacity" ones. They were exactly what I desired. I have always found Toyota brakes to be a bit "mushy" and slower to stop than I'd like. These work great. Steven installed both front & rear quickly and within my schedule. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I've found my future mechanic.

After completing my car’s vehicle inspection, Steve recommended that I repair my muffler’s exhaust pipe before it breaks. My usual mechanic wouldn’t be able to look at it for for a month. Steve was able to take it on as soon as the parts arrived and stayed after closing because he had told me that I’d have it that day.He treated my car as if it was his own and took pride in showing me his work.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I had occasion to need a brake job on my truck. I used this shop because it came recommended from a friend. What she didn't realize is it had changed hands to a new owner. I could not have had a more poor experience. It took him days to get to my vehicle, each day I would call and he said 1 more day. Almost a week to have a brake job. I guess because I had another vehicle I kept getting bumped down the list. Brake job done, extremely expensive over 1000$, which OK .... less than a month later my caliper went on one side of the truck. When I asked why they weren't replaced at the time of the brake job he said that he checked them and they seemed fine. So now I need the calipers replaced and a new set of pads in the side that went bad. If this isn't bad enough, fast forward a year and I just had to have the brakes done again as one side was making a weird noise. Thought it was a CV joint but when my new mechanic looked he said the brake pad was broken in half.... he figured the truck had not had any brake work done in years. When I told him it was a little over a year ago he was shocked. His opinion is either the brakes were not replaced or were replaced with used parts......I am glad I have found a new service provider for my vehicles
