Service was horrible. The tonneau cover did not come in for 7 days after the day they told me. They didn't even have the decency even to call and let me know, I had to call them to find out if my part was in. Went there to finish paying for the item, they told me it was more than the original quote, tried to charge me more money! Would never purchase another item from the store again. Could have bought it online cheaper and would have had it sooner FYI

Needed all new latches and locking bars on one of my older caps, walked in and within 10 min Scott had them ordered and in his hands within 2 weeks, and the price was to good to be true! Appreciate the helps guys

Had a hitch put on our 2021 CRV. This car also had some previous body work several months before. A month or so after the hitch was installed, we found water in the back under the tire, and also a rattle. We took it to the body shop from previous body work and they made a quick fix and sent us away. Water still coming in.So, I figured I'd take it to Cap World and just check to see if it may have been something to do with that when they installed the hitch. Brought it up, they came right out - saw the issue with the rattle, said drop it off we'll fix it. I asked if they would look into the leak - they said they'd take the time to remove the inside panels and run water and identify exactly where it was. Something the body shop that did all that work didn't even volunteer.So long story short. They fixed the rattle perfectly, and the identified where the leak was coming in (from the previous body work). I tried to pay them for their labor, and they refused to take the money. (when do you see that?). Said they felt better just ensuring that it wasn't anything they did. All fixed, no charges.You need a hitch or accessories? Go there!! Don't hesitate, honest good work.

We went in for a hitch for our CRV for a bike rack and were pleasantly surprised that they also sold bike racks so we didn't have to order from a bike shop! Even better, they had overstock of excellent "off brand" bike racks on clearance..win-win! We couldn't have been more pleased with the very friendly staff and great customer service. They even suggested lunch at the hidden gem of a diner at the tiny airport behind their location while we waited on the installation. The young man that installed the hitch offered us a thorough tutorial on the operations of the bike rack since the salesman was with another customer. The installation was faster than quoted, the parts came in within 2 days and now we're off on our bike adventures more conveniently. We highly recommend this business.

I purchased a new tonneau cover. After the installation I had a new dent in my fender! The installer denied the damage and the manager did nothing. ‘Very poor service.
