The man who waited on us Jordan Bizzocchi went way above and beyond and provided my brother and I the best customer service experience from any cellular store and quite frankly in general. He was nice EXTREMELY patient and beyond helpful. Was friendly and kind and literally spent over 2 hours answering every question we had and well as fixing the issues we had and just made for such an amazing experience.
