My husband & I purchased a Pre owned certified Acura MDX! This is our 3rd Acura we have purchased from Key. Rawle Samuel, had been our car salesman all 3 times. He is always extremely helpful, honest & always tries to get us the best price.
Everyone at the dealership is so helpful, friendly & nice.
Our new car was in perfect shape.

Trade in my MDX for the new ZDX and I had great customer service from Ian. He even took the time to deliver my new car to my work place in Massachusetts because of my busy schedule. This is the second time that purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I had a great experience at Acura of Portsmouth. Loren took me on a test drive with the 2024 Acura Integra. I was instantly hooked too the new car. Any questions I had Loren knew the answer. Sometimes you hear horror stories when buying a new car, like your there all day doing all this paper. But, this experience with Loren was quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly that helped me through this process. Very happy with my experience and happy with my new 2024 Acura Integra!

Very unprofessional I pay $700 a month for my payment and full warranty on everything I hand washed my car these past nice days and now my dash looks like a Christmas tree obviously it’s a sensor if it’s throwing that many lights but they want to charge me $300 just to diagnose it I’ve only had the car just over a year not a single prob but now I have one and they’re saying they won’t do anything unless I pay even though I pay almost $500 in warranty’s this place is a joke don’t buy from here cars may look nice but they’ve screwed me from the get they were supposed to get me a pint of paint to touch up Al the nicks and scratches never got that car wasn’t even cleaned when I took purchase of it so anyone looking at key Acura of Portsmouth for a new car don’t you will be over charged on the price of the car and told to figure it out on your own if something breaks!!!
