Cameron went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with a previous purchase and helped me find a different mattress that suited my needs much better. He was knowledgeable and patiently took the time to find a solution and helped me avoid incurring higher costs, which I was grateful for. Their delivery service was terrific—prompt and friendly. “The Mattress Depot has a large selection on display. Al the owner, is helpful finding exactly what your looking for in a mattress. I traveled up from Middleboro and it was worth the trip. I picked out a mattress and it was fed-ex to my home a few days later.
I give this business 5 stars but it deserves 10 plus.

She was so informative and knowledgeable for all the sea questions we had non related to the shop lol she was better than a tour guide . Also a friend costumer walked in and gave us recommendations for supper at the local starboard galley which was s’efforça le and totally fresh! Chowder was like my grandma from NB yum. Back to the shop.. lol the prices are really reasonable with a mixture of local crafts/vendors and antiques. Sorry about long review but I loved it”

From the first time walking into the store and the friendly greeting from Alison, to the detailed explanation of how my small, funky shaped fireplace would be fitted with the gas insert to their accommodating my schedule which clearly was not convenient to them. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Don’t bother going to anyone else!”

We bought one originally that was too firm, they were more than accommodating and helpful when finding a new one. The store offered a quick turnaround to get the new mattress. You can buy a mattress easily online but won’t get this type of customer service!”

“We purchased a Real Fyre gas fireplace and log set from Alternative Energy after spending time in their showroom viewing videos of various options. Their staff was knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with our purchase.
Alternative also sent two technicians to our home for the installation, one of whom had guided us through the original purchase. Here too they were thoughtful and thoroughly professional.
This was good old fashioned sales and service that was very much appreciated.”

He was pleasant, knowledgeable, put us at ease (as we initially thought the place was a scam) and took his time to hear what my husband and I needed for support and comfort in our mattress. John did not rush us, showed us multiple options and didn’t make us feel as though we had to buy. Although we did. He spoke when needed, didn’t have awkward silence and assured us of each step through.
